This Microsoft Office 365 subscription is a great deal because it comes loaded with many features. An added benefit is that the membership is shareable with up to five users. I share my membership with children who do virtual school. Office 365 is essential for them to work most efficiently. Even when traveling, they can satisfactorily complete all their assignment. The subscription allows the user the ability to use the latest downloadable version of Office. When on the move or not working on your computer, the cloud/online version of Office is available on any device. For optimal usage of Office 365, I highly recommend to backup/sync all of your Office files and documents into OneDrive. You will work more efficiently and flawlessly especially if you work at different locations or devices. I use Excel a lot for school and accounting work. The online version of Excel works perfectly without any issue. When needing switching from the online version to the installed version of Office apps, OneDrive makes it very easy. The membership also includes Skype bonus features, Outlook and online Help Support which are also great services. To conclude, Office 365 subscription is essential to work more efficient at home, work or school. Highly recommended!

What can I say? Microsoft 365 family plan for the win. It’s Microsoft so it works great with all of the features but the best thing is it allows my entire family to use this subscription on one plan. I would recommend this product.

I recently subscribed to Microsoft 365 Family for a 15-month period, which covers up to 6 users, and I'd like to share my thoughts on this versatile productivity suite. Microsoft 365 Family is a comprehensive productivity suite that caters to the needs of families with multiple users and diverse devices. It's easy to activate, offers a broad range of productivity tools, and promotes seamless collaboration. The 15-month subscription is cost-effective, making it an excellent choice for families looking to boost their productivity and streamline their digital workflows. Disclosure: I purchased the Microsoft 365 Family subscription independently and received no compensation for this review.

I am writing to share my positive experience with the Windows 365 Multi-User Family Subscription and to commend Microsoft for creating a solution that truly enhances productivity, security, and convenience for families with multiple users and devices. From the moment we subscribed, the setup process was smooth and intuitive. The centralized management of multiple accounts has been a game-changer for our household. Each family member has access to a secure, personalized Windows environment—whether working from home, attending online classes, or simply staying connected. Some highlights I particularly appreciate: Seamless integration across devices, making transitions between PC, tablet, and mobile effortless. Strong security protocols, giving peace of mind when it comes to privacy and online safety for younger users. Automatic updates and cloud syncing, ensuring all users are on the same page with the latest tools and protections. Cost efficiency, allowing multiple users to benefit from a single plan without sacrificing performance. The subscription has truly lived up to its promise of making computing more accessible and reliable for modern families. I would confidently recommend the Windows 365 Family Subscription to anyone looking for a stable, user-friendly, and collaborative digital experience.

We love the Microsoft 365 software. With 2 daughters in college this past year, all the Microsoft software was used at some point in time. And being able to access the software without an internet connection is a huge plus. We recently upgraded to a family plan because our youngest daughter's free subscription was coming to an end. Best Buy was extremely helpful in getting our annual renewal changed from a single subscription to a family subscription.

I've been using Microsoft 365 for a while now, and it has completely transformed the way I work, study, and stay organized. Whether you're a student, professional, or managing a household, this subscription is a total game-changer. What I Love Full Access to Premium Office Apps: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote are all included – and these aren’t the basic versions. They're feature-rich and constantly updated with new tools and AI-powered enhancements. 1TB of OneDrive Cloud Storage: I love being able to save my files to the cloud and access them from anywhere – whether I’m on my laptop, phone, or tablet. It keeps everything backed up and in sync. Multi-Device Access: I can use it on all my devices (PC, Mac, tablet, and smartphone), which makes switching between workspaces super seamless. Security Features: It includes ransomware detection, file recovery, and email encryption tools to help keep my data secure. Regular Updates & New Features: Microsoft 365 is always improving. New templates, design ideas, and intelligent suggestions keep everything feeling fresh and professional. Great for Families Too With the Family plan, I can share the subscription with up to 5 other people. Everyone gets their own 1TB of storage and personalized access to all the apps.

Subscription model sucks but the software is solid

The most universal and easy to use. Great value when you buy the family edition. Kind if hate the subscription model, it ends up costing quite a bit over the long run, Microsoft tries to add value with the cloud storage and the web apps being accessible worldwide, and the phone apps. The software however is solid, just the same compaint as always with Office, it is bloated and only gets more so, forcing us to upgrade computers every few years to keep up with slopping programming. But when it works, it is very good software.

    Necessary (and interesting) upgrade

I purchased Office 365 to go along with a new desktop. The installation was relatively easy, seeing as I was moving from Office 2016. The whole process was straightforward and everything opened as expected, as long as you had an account already established. The only real issue I had related to Outlook and getting it configured to accept/connect with existing profile definition. I don't think it was a problem with the product but rather establishing the connection based on IMAP or POP values. It's all greek to me since I'm more of a mainframe programmer than a PCer. Anyway, after quite a bit of trial/error, I was able to get Outlook to work and pull up my stored emails in the old PST file, as well as all the new queued up emails (400+) It was an "interesting" exercise and hopefully I get a better understand of the process by the next PC upgrade. I'm just happy with both the new desktop and being current with 365. Would do it again...

This product was what I should've been sold when first in the store. Instead I was sold the one for individual use. It seems to be working fine still not thrilled that you have to rent it. Used to be you could purchase and load onto your computer. This means that someone is getting revenue from this product on a yearly basis.

Nobody likes paying subscriptions for software, but this is one of the better values, especially if you have a family of 5 or 6. I used to get by using one of the old stand alone versions of Office, but I've been an Office 365 subscriber for several years now. I have to admit that I like getting all of the latest software updates automatically and having the cloud storage that allows me to sync devices and makes document backups easier. Overall, I think it's good value.
