I needed an ergonomic keyboard and this one is great. Not only is it wireless, my hand doesn't hurt when using it throught my day. The volume keys being on the keyboard are a plus too. Easier to adjust the volume when watching loud videos

I use multiple keyboards at my desk, 5 to be exact, and I need each one to be distinct in order to recognize it instantly. The size and shape of this set-up fits my needs perfectly, along with the data encryption.

This keyboard allows me to type faster than the Logitech Wave wireless that I was using. The touch is nice and the keys do not stick. The only change I would suggest is for a slightly higher lift of the tilt legs.

I bought this to replace the stock dell keyboard on my work pc because my employer was too cheap to. My only complaint is that the esc key is small and sits lower than the adjacent rows which makes it harder to find by feel, and the scroll wheel on the mouse spins freely which is a bit annoying. Other than that it's pretty decent. I liked the key action better and the mouse was more comfortable on this than a similar logitech model I intended on buying.

Seriously, this is the best keyboard ever made. You press a key and it magically appears on the screen. How do they do it??? Blows my mind everytime I use it!! Ok, in all seriousness, this is my favorite keyboard, I use it on all my computers, and I spend the day doing data entry, so I use it alot. For me, it has the perfect feel, and I'm super happy with it.

Bought this on sale and absolutely love it. Easy install. Plugged in Bluetooth adapter, put batteries in keyboard and mouse, and started using. Mouse is a nice size and very comfortable in the palm of you hand. Keyboard layout is very good and the palm rest works great! My only complaint, and it's minor, is the brightness of the lettering on the keyboard. If you are a hunt and type typist like me you will need good lighting. Since the keyboard is not back-lit a dark room can make typing a challenge. Even at that the product is high quality and a great value!

Like the feel of the keyboard, but wish it lit up for the ‘caps lock’ and ‘numbers lock’. The wireless mouse seems a bit sensitive, so it takes awhile to get used to.

This keyboard is very comfortable. I bought it after the original keyboard and mouse that came with my HP all-in-one started to perform below standard. This is working great so far.

Our original wireless keyboard finally died, taking the mouse with it. Best Buy is our usual go to place, particularly for emergency purchases like this. The keyboard hooked up flawlessly as did the mouse. I like the fact that you can raise the front of the keyboard, as opposed to the back. Either is optional. A raised front makes sense; the raised back never has, creating strain on my wrists.

I spent a long time choosing a keyboard and mouse. I spend 8 - 12 hours every day on the computer - software dev, among other things. Next time I need a keyboard or mouse, I'll try something different. Might end up going back to this keyboard, but would definitely pass on the mouse. I'm not unhappy with either necessarily. just feel like it could be a better combo at the same price point. There were some initial frustrations when one day, suddenly, the first keystroke after not touching the keyboard for a couple minutes just wouldnt register. Not after 30 minutes as though i was away from the computer, but literally 2-5 minutes of reading something physical on my desk, then I start typing and look up to see my first character isnt there. Having to correct my own mistakes is annoying. Having to correct mistakes made by hardware that has been perfected for decades is unacceptable. Eventually figured out that this IS Microsoft's fault - but not the keyboards fault. Windows 10 updates occasionally reset power management settings. Some of those settings put some usb connections and certain other devices to sleep after short amounts of time to save power. So the first keystroke wakes the connection - rather than registering as a keystroke. Fix it by going through Device Manager and following all paths to anything related to the connection to your keyboard/mouse. then back track through the full path each time, and at every step, if possible, select Properties->Power Management and make sure "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" is NOT selected (and if possible "allow this device to wake computer" IS selected). There are multiple places you have to do this in Device Manager: Keyboards, Universal Serial Bus controllers (for whichever USB port your receiever is connected to), Mice and Other Pointing Devices, Human Interface Devices, and possibly others. Make sure you find them all. It takes some experimentation. But eventually you can get it to stop that nonsense. (unless a future windows updates screws it back up - but at least now you know how to fix it) Other than that, the mouse pointer gets jittery sometimes while the mouse is sitting still. Not sure what thats about. I'd have guessed it was related to the bluetooth interference problem, but i specifically bought a USB hub with a long cable to make sure my receiver is plugged in far from any other devices and within 3 feet of both the mouse and keyboard, and the problem still exists. So ultimately, who knows. Havent had any connection problems with the keyboard. Havent even had to change keyboard batteries yet. On my third set of batteries in the mouse, despite using the keyboard significantly more frequently (optical sensor in the mouse understandably uses more power) I do find the keyboard layout and shape comfortable. I have relatively large hands, and a normal keyboard layout causes problems in may wrists after a while. I bought this one specifically for the wider key layout, wrist rest and different positioning options, all of which I do appreciate about it. (after experimenting with the raised frontedge vs raised back edge, I settled on neither. Flat works best for me. It has a good built in shape.) I almost never use any of the special use buttons at the top other than the volume ones. Havent even set up the customizable ones. Maybe one day... The mouse is not awful but not as good as the keyboard. The forward and back buttons on the side of the mouse are not positioned well. When i click them, it's almost always an accident. When i want to click them, it almost always seems too difficult (especially the forward button - dont know what finger they thought that position corresponded too, but its a finger I obviously dont have) So yeah, if youre a casual computer user, this combo is probably fine. If the computer is your life 10 hours a day, maybe look into a different mouse. Apologies for any typos - typing this from my phone and dont have time to proofread at the moment.

Easy to set up. Keys are deep and I need to get used to the rounded board. But it was a great price and got it quickly with pick up.
