I love this keyboard. I work from home so my desk is actually a table and this has been a great keyboard and wasn't crazy expensive like some i have purchased in the past.

    The worst keyboard ever invented

Logitech used to be the go-to for keyboards. As a professional writer for the better part of the last four decades, Logitech was the only board I would buy. That has now ended. This board is a full-on nightmare for any writer/typist who actually knows how to type. If you're a delusional psychopath, maybe this board would be easier for you to use, but as a professional, it's of no use to me. Whoever designed it never typed a word in their lives and has no idea what a keyboard is meant to be used for. It is by no means ergonomic because the keys are so widely spaced yet somehow so cramped, and most of them are in such awkward positions, that your hands get tired and start aching immediately. Plus, there are a number of absolutely useless keys that you cannot help but keep hitting because of the way the keyboard is designed. If you're a very fast professional typist - I clock 130wam when I'm warmed up and on a decent keyboard - this board will break down and weep within the first month, if you dont take a sledge to it first. Avoid. Save your money. Find an old Logitech Wave K350 off eBay. You'll be much, much, MUCH happier. This thing isn't even good as a paperweight. It's super flimsy, has no heft or substance to it at all, the keys are terrible, very badly spaced, and the designers have moved all kinds of vital keys to completely non-intuitive positions on the board. I think that they keep getting gamers to design boards meant for typing. I type and I game, and I'm here to tell you that if these are gamers designing their boards, I'd wipe them out in the first encounter if I was on a 350 and they were on an 860. No contest. This keyboard absolutely stinks. I can't say enough bad things about it. There isnt one positive about this board. Not one. And I have never said that about *any* keyboard, much less a Logitech board. They used to be best-in-class. Now theyre a joke. They went full-on clownshoe. Don't waste your money on this plasti-trash.

Well, this lasted 3.5 years. When it worked, it was great. It did take some getting used to since there’s no risers on the back to elevate it. I can type very fast with the ergo keyboard. This type of keyboard is a necessity for me working from home. But……it stopped working today. I bought this in Feb 2021.

I like this keyboard! I tried a different wireless brand and had to replace it after very short usage—twice!!! So I gave up and went this direction.

Not as substantial as our older Microsoft ergonomic keyboard (which is built like a tank), but a really good value for the money. Does what we want it to do.

I purchased this to replace my Microsoft Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 which I've replaced off and on for the past few years. I was disappointed I couldn't find it once I was on the hunt for a replacement as I always found that keyboard comfortable from an ergonomic standpoint. I stumbled onto this new keyboard on bestbuy.com. It arrived quickly once ordered and I could not be happier. The keys are much softer and quieter on this model than the 4000. This version doesn't have the optional feet on back side to elevate it, but it has a stand you can put under the front and I personally think this is even more comfortable. It is wired, which I prefer. The wrist rest in front is soft, smooth and super comfortable. The MS 4000 had a recurring issue for me in that the white letters on certain keys always wore off which was annoying and was the main reason I kept replacing it. I loved how comfortable it was, though, so I didn't mind, but this new version I am hoping won't have that issue. I love how the keys on this new version, when touched, are much softer, quieter and comfortable on this new version. This looks much more sleek than the 4000 as well as it's solid black. If anything goes wrong with this, I'll update my review but I've been using it for about 1 week and absolutely love it.

I would given this 5 stars but the letter on the key has already started fading after 6 months of use. I have always liked the ergonomic keyboard better. I have an older model of the ergonomic one from Microsoft at work. I had to buy this one for my home use since the work from home of the pandemic started. I like how the key responds with my typing which is much better and quieter than my old one. I can have my wrists rest on the pad naturally and it is very comfortable to use it to type even for hours. To me, this is a step up from my old keyboard. The price of this is totally worth it.

If you get pain and numbness from carpal tunnel, you'll notice the immediate difference between this and a standard keyboard. The reduced strain is notable.

Been using the MS Natural layout daily for almost 25 years now. This unit was purchased to replace a Natural Ergonomic 4000 that is starting to fritz out. Is this ergonomic? Yes. If you've never used this layout before, it works. Give it a try. Did I like it? Well, more than a straight keyboard but not enough to keep it. Differences from the Natural 4000: There's about 1/3 more palm rest on the keyboard. Palm rest is softer/less firm. Key spacing feels more compact. Key action feels different. This is YMMV. Keyboard felt more cramped than the 4000. Ended up returning it and looking for another 4000.
