It is an amazing keyboard overall. All the functions work as designed and it is absolutely comfortable. The only downside is that if you break the USB dongle you will not be able to get a replacement and you will will be forced to buy i new one. I wish this keyboard was Bluetooth. The battery life is superb. I think I've only had to change the batteries 3 times since i bought it in 2016

This keyboard is between good to average. The keys feel weak and cheep but do have good travel. I wish the keyboard had a caps light. Overall its ok.

The highlight is the keyboard. It feels very nice and is fun to use. The mouse is decent but the mouse wheel is a little stiff for my tastes.

I work at a computer all day and started experiencing pain in my wrists and arms. I researched ergonomic keyboards and found this at Best Buy! It took just a couple days to get used to the curvature. It was the best purchase I could have made …my pain disappeared after a couple of weeks!

I have had the keyboard and mouse for nearly a year connected to Microsoft Surface. Using daily for wfh, it took a short time to become accustomed to the layout of the keys but enjoying it now. One complaint, letters wore off the keys starting less than 6 months of use. Disappointed since I spent extra to buy a Microsoft product.

I liked this keyboard, its a very nice, reasonable upgrade to any computer. Good texture on board, key response is good. Wireless works without any trouble.

I like the keyboard and the extra features that it has in windows. The keys however tend to stick if you hit them to hard. Other than that it's great.

purchased this full sized to replace a hp keyboard that came with my all in one desk top,which I did not care for, this Microsoft is perfect for me

Bought this for my son so he could use with the school-issued chrome book at home. He loves the keyboard but disappointed the mouse already stopped working. The Start Menu button on the side of the mouse no longer clicks and that may be why the other buttons don’t register clicks.

I bought 2 of these sets, one for home and one for the office. I've had numerous Microsoft keyboards (Natural, Comfort) and this ranks right with them.

This RF version was on sale and seemed like a good value. NOT, it drives my Wife crazy, sometimes randomly not adding a number with the number pad (wtf?). I have had worse and I also have better. It's reliable, dependable and consistently annoys me by lagging behind the MS Comfort BlueTooth KeyBoard and Mouse on my other identical system

I thought having a more ergo keyboard would be great. I also thought it would take time to get used the the layout of it. But this is still close enough feel so it felt comfortable.

Fantastic keyboard, very comfortable. The mouse is average, it has a button on the left side which is very sensitive and always gets triggered when I don’t want it to.

the keyboard is working very well but the mouse keeps freezing so i had to get a new mouse

I needed a new keyboard that would work with my hands better. I have arthritis in my wrist and typing can be painful. This keyboard has been the perfect choice. My wrist no longer hurts after a day of working on reports. Excellent choice!!

I love the interface with the Microsoft operating system and the feel of the keyboard. Great for college students and those who are typing a lot.

I was looking for a cupped keyboard, which enhances typing. I tried several, but found this model to be the easiest to use, plus it has MSN shortcuts.
