For being a refurbished, and saving myself money on an already expensive controller, it was worth the shot... and the shot was good!

Why buy a new one when these are just as good and it saves you a little cash. What i received came in generic packaging but the controller itself looked new and the buttons and joystick felt new... as in they didn't feel like they were at my friend's house being used and abused for the last year. Works as expected and can't complain. Good option to save some money if you don't want to buy a non-MS version of the controller.

I have needed a new controller for a long time, but when one of the bumper buttons broke and kept falling out I had to do something. I loved the price of the refurb controller. So far everything works great, but when the controller vibration is on it makes a weird noise every time it vibrates. It was pretty annoying so I turned the vibration off.

this controller out the box was the best look controller but the A button did not give a push back like the other buttons, I should have asked for a replacement but i just ignored it until it got too bad how ever i got my money back,

Bought refurbished. Got it and no issues. Looks brand new and works like a new one. Definitely save some money and get a refurbished if you can

You have to realize with this that you’re not gonna get anything that you would if you bought it new and I’ve had problems with mine The right stick gives a little more resistance than It should but if you’ve only got 30 bucks it’s an OK controller

Arrived earlier than was expected. Has worked good so far no issues.

Yeah the cover for the batter was bent and wouldnt let it go in properly but just shifted and it fit like new. Nothing else is wrong with it so getting it dor $9 with a discount was awesome :D

The controller works great and feels like new even though it’s refurbished

I purchased this refurbished controller online and it arrived in 2 days. 5 stars for that. When I opened the box, the controller looked and felt like a new controller. It was only when I started using that I realized the right bumper did not work. I tried pressing it with extra pressure and it worked at first. After 1 match online the bumper just stopped working overall. I purchased a refurbished and open box and both were no good. I guess controllers are one of those things that must be purchased brand new.

My first ever refurbished electronic and i can say it works really good. No issues so far.

Had a little issue with connecting to the xbox 1 S but used my sons charger (usb) for his cell phone and it connected right away and works since wirelessly also.

I bought this hoping to get close to the same quality as a new controller. Out of the box, the controller rattled quite a bit, like they replace all of the broken pieces in the controller without cleaning out the old ones. However, it still worked fine until about two weeks in. It now no longer stays connected to my system for more than 5 minutes at a time. Conveniently, this happened just outside of the 14 day return period, and Best Buy won't offer me an exchange. Guess I burned $35 on this "good as new" refurbished controller. I recommend spending the extra money and buying a new unit from Microsoft.

Controller works great, synced up with no problems but best of all, it looks great!

D-pad has drift. This is something that plagues most Xbox One controllers at some point in their life. I just wish I would have gotten more than a month out of this one. Third of this special edition (two reds and one blue) that had this same problem. The Elite controller was no better.

This controller works great and fine. If you’re looking for an Xbox controller this may be your go to.

The controller was used about 10 times and stopped working after two battery changes worth of playing time. This happened after 1 month and 1 day and now I am unable to return this item. I would not recommend it.

Just as good as a brand new one but cheaper! Got to have plenty to go around!
