I thought it would be difficult to set it up, Not at all easy to install and it's feels and play wonderful. Hands down this is the best controller out on any system!!

Its a great, solidly built controller. Using the paddles take some getting used to. However I have some concerns since just over a year and some of the parts are wearing out. A must if you are a hardcore gamer but otherwise not sure if its worth the cost difference

Bumpers get stuck. Sticks are too loose. Characters drift when sticks are centered. Hardware quality is not as good as the basic controller - especially the latest generation.

I bought 1 Elite and 2 regular "refurbished" Controllers. All were on sale at a price that I thought why not. However, it didn't take long before the Elite stick was drifting bad. It just got worse and I couldn't return it. I switched to one of the standard controllers only to have that do the same thing, Fortunately the 3rd controller hasn't done it, but I am pretty unhappy with having 2 fail so quickly. 1 out of 3 working is ridiculous. I don't recommend buying refurbished.

love the feel. and it lasted 3 years of use. Buttons wore out now after 3 years . i bought geek squad warranty.

After using SCUF controllers for years this is on par with their product. Heavier feel to a normal controller, but not by much, with a smooth texture. Built in 3.5mm jack eliminates the use for audio adapters. Only issue are that the paddles are very sensitive. Killed myself a few time when I rested the controller on my lap. All in all this is a great controller to use for any competitive gamer. Not practical for the casual gamer.

The controller feels great and provides many options that a regular controller wouldn’t. I was hoping the paddles on the back of the controller would be easier to use.

Love the controller, but the refurbished one broke in about 2 weeks. Wouldn’t recommend buying a refurbished one.

Of course it's ridiculous these ever wear out but this is a quality controller and at a good price.

This was a good quality product but it is pricey and really made for competitive gaming. Not really for casual gamers.

This controller fits in my hands better than the original controler. I have a new controller and now this refurbished one. The only difference is that the refurbished one did not have the nice box or the power cable. This saved me $65!

This controller is awesome. The customizable buttons on the back side could be better. I activate them accidently when setting down or picking up the controller, and they get in the way of holding the controller at times. There may be an upgraded Elite coming from Microsoft soon, so you may want to hold out for the new version before purchasing.

I think this is the best one that I have had for the xbox one. It does take a little bit of time to get use to the levers under the controller, but once you do it is like second nature to pull of moves. It's a bit heavy but other than that, I believe it's solid.

I am very happy with this purchase, controller works great.

It may be expensive. But it feels amazing and you need to own it.

This is a very nice xbox one controller. It better be for the price. My husband, the gamer, assured me that is was worth it. As long as I purchased the protection plan on it since xbox controllers have a habit of falling apart at my house. So far this controller has held up superbly.

I got the item through mail , when I received it i was excited to play with it. Didnt get to use it after a couple weeks. Everything felt normal as the controller should feel like. I didn't realize that the left top bottom was broken , when I was switch the D pad the inside of it was all dirty. It said that geek squad had restored it. It felt like they just put it back in the box. If I were able to return I would.

Impressive at first use, heavy, metal and looks really durable. After having it a month, as a casual gamer I'm not interested in remapping the buttons and switching out joysticks when I play a sniper. Great buy if on sale, wouldn't purchase at full price.

I was worried at first buying the refurbished product but it has a bestbuy approval. Boyfriend uses it everyday and he absolutely loves it. Great purchase good value. Works like new.
