I purchased a new Elite a couple months ago. Not impressed with the quality. After only a few months of use, the right bumper broke. A $150 controller and it didn't outlast the 6 other basic controllers I have floating around my house (never had a problem with any of them). I do like the functionality of the elite so I thought I'd save some money and get a refurbished elite. The controller arrived and right out of the box, the B button sticks when pressed. It is totally unusable for games that require a lot of B use. Lesson learned.

Been using it for a year or more and it's great. Wish they had the white version.

LB/ RB buttons will break if u drop the controller and it lands on these buttons And the warranty from MS is only for 3 months!!

These controllers are great but I kind of regret my purchase of a refurbished one as the stick was kind of messed up.

Price was cheapest around but after a week the grips are already coming apart from the controller. I bought I new one when they first came out years back and it lasted for years with no grip problems but this one after a week is horrible. Good thing I bought the extended warranty and I suggest anyone do the same or just buy a brand new one.

I purchased this Xbox One Elite Controller for my 14 y/o Son. He wanted a controller that allowed him to do stuff a normal controller couldn't do. It has special features that allow you to do cool stuff.

Had the controller for two days and it’s changed how I play each and every time. Nothing was wrong with it, just takes time to adjust yourself to using your fingers on the paddles but it’s well worth it.

I took a gamble and bought a refurbished unit. I didn't get lucky. Controller had both thumbsticks loose and didn't came with charging cable. the controller felt great but probably going to wait for the next version. return it to best buy!

Decided to upgrade because the regular controller just feels unresponsive and like a cheap piece of plastic. The metal triggers and mechanisms make this a great controller.

Item was in fair condition at best. Missing charging cable because they couldn't be bothered to toss in a Micro-USB cable. Rubber padding had already started coming off. Will be returning the next time I am headed in the direction of my local store.

Got a refurbished controller with a joystick issue

The new controller works great! This is an upgrade as there are finger controls on top and bottom of the unit to increase speed. Good overall design for the serious gamer.

Refurbished is not the best way to go. Especially, when you want to make sure your game is not going to get interrupted because of a bad controller.

I was disappointed that this was not shipped with the case. This is the best controller for xbox
