    Bought refurbished and the A button is sunk all the way down heard this is a common problem and very hard to fix

    Thankfully the 2 year geek squad protection plan was purchased because this is the second time I am turning in one of these controllers due the the left analog stick drifting. The first one was returned the day I got it because it was so bad and I am now getting ready to return the second one because it starting drifting only a few months after receiving it. Spend the extra money and buy a new one.
