I purchased this refurbished controller with high expectations as I highly enjoyed the first XBOX Elite Controller 1. This one leaves a lot to be desired. Some issues: 1. The A button doesn’t always register an input. 2. The L stick press stopped working reliably after regular use - doesn’t even “click” anymore. Sometimes it registers an input, sometimes it doesn’t. 3. The left analog stick also didn’t register the “up” direction as a run command as fast as other directions. In other words, it would take a half a second before the character I’d be controlling would transition to a run from a walk despite pushing the stick all the way up; other directions didn’t have this problem. This is only about 28 or so days of use. Not really sure if it was the refurbished nature of this controller or just because the controller itself overall is not that durable. I’m going to see if I can get it replaced.

Great xbox wireless controller, has the best battery life for over a week of playing time. Feel premium in the hand and can customize it with changing knobs.

Read the reviews, had faith in Best Buy. Well first time out was a dud. Controller came "looking brand new", but buttons were not responsive and missing the paddles, the silver bottom left peace and controller drift on the left side. I didn't think about not having a cable, since most new devices don't come with them anymore, but I looked and seen it was supposed to come with one (it didn't). Going to return and try one more. If that one comes back with issues, I'll have to get a new one.

Good controller with really good features and accessories. Only thing I didn't like was the weight and the position of the paddles. Just was uncomfortable for me to hold.

I skeptical at first, but this is worth the money!! The controller itself is a much higher quality than the rest. Also, the customization features are incredible!!

The right bumper sometimes double taps even though I only hit the button once. The top left button on the back of the controller seems to need a lot of pressure to engage. I should’ve bought new, but all they had was refurbished.

Great quality. Barely used. I’d ding it a point for not coming with the original USB-C cord, but otherwise this is a great deal

Purchased over 2 years and and had no issues. Comfortable and easy to set up.

Nothing better than this controller right here. build is sturdy and battery life is amazing. After buying this one I bought a second for my PC. Works via Bluetooth just as well as wireless or 2.4gz.

Good controller for about two weeks. After that, joystick started to drift hard. Glad I got the protection warranty.

It came in good but later had stick drift was kinda sad on that one

I got this because the rechargable battery packs were too expensive, this is a great buy and an awesome controller

4th elite controller! Problems with buttons not working. Very Disappointed. Waiting for Elite 3 n hope it will be fixed 100%

Xbox continues to make these with poor components. Not event a year later and it’s failing on the triggers and buttons.

For a geeksquad refurbished I’m very surprised. The controller is in great condition looks to me it was a return Same day from someone else. The controller itself has great features for the money you’ll spend. And saving money is always good.

This was an amazing deal! I thought I was just getting the controller, but Best Buy came out above and beyond and gave EVERYTHING! Paddles, tuner, extra joy sticks case and charger! The ONLY complaint that I have (which is a usual for a used item) is that the right bumper does not work very well! Luckily, I used one of the paddles to configure it to the bumper! Overall amazing!

The best controller you can have. I thought I wouldn't care for the extra trinkets it included, but they are a game changer. Not only does it help improve your gaming experience, but it is very comfortable too.
