Great condition, a little bit of dust and a tiny smudgy scuff, but all in all a great value for a refurb. Works great on Windows 10, takes some tinkering with macOS.

Great controller overall. I honestly prefer the grips on the original Xbox elite controller, but otherwise this model is an improvement. Love that you can charge it in the case and also use it with other devices via Bluetooth. Definitely would recommend.

Initially had some issues with the refurbished controller and needed to send off to Microsoft to resolve stick drift issue. Once that was fixed this controller and the customization options really helped improve gameplay particularly in FPS games.

Great xbox wireless controller, has the best battery life for over a week of playing time. Feel premium in the hand and can customize it with changing knobs.

It may have been a fluke when I ordered the control I was sent a used control that wasn't even an elite controller. The box was opened so may have been a mistake. They returned it no issue so thanks Best buy. I did purchase another Elite controller and that itself is great!

My review of this item is not aimed at the item itself -it is aimed at the quality of performance considered to be acceptable as a refurbished device. The controller did work properly for a very short time until it stopped registering the right bumper push about half the time. You would really have to mash the button for it to work. I believe these devices need more testing before being cleared for refurb... in real stress test situations (for example at the time of this review I was playing Outriders) which heavily relies on that button as a main skill. Otherwise, delivery was decent timing, and customer service was good. Just may want to look a bit further into testing before clearing items as functional. I returned the item for a refund/credit. If they fix it or get another I may purchase it again - but the buttons need to work properly.

I skeptical at first, but this is worth the money!! The controller itself is a much higher quality than the rest. Also, the customization features are incredible!!

Good controller with really good features and accessories. Only thing I didn't like was the weight and the position of the paddles. Just was uncomfortable for me to hold.

Geek Squad Certified Refurb Is a complete joke. Controller paddles didn't work. Right bumper didn't register anything. It would help If the geek squad actually looked at the stupid thing. It seems nobody cares about doing a good job anymore. I returned this garbage for a refund. Never again.

The right bumper sometimes double taps even though I only hit the button once. The top left button on the back of the controller seems to need a lot of pressure to engage. I should’ve bought new, but all they had was refurbished.

Great quality. Barely used. I’d ding it a point for not coming with the original USB-C cord, but otherwise this is a great deal

I got this refurbished which was noted certified! I did not have a power cable provided...but overall controller is good.

Works as expected. My son loves his controller. I’d buy another if I needed one. Still expensive though ;)

The remote works flawlessly. Looks great, but when I got the Remote there was a missing paddle and 2 missing thumbstick. It's great but wish I had everything.

The best Xbox controller ever! It has all the makings of a champion controller. It is nicely weighted. It has not broken after a drop. The grips are very comfortable. Also the D pad is much easier to use, much more responsive. I really enjoy playing World of Tanks with it. I have not used the extra triggers yet. I am looking forward to playing Battlefield with this controller.

Game play is so much easier with the customizable paddles. It takes some getting used to just as you would with any new controller, but I have the paddles configured different ways for different games and they are certainly a game changer. The trigger locks have increased my single shot trigger finger speeds

Purchased over 2 years and and had no issues. Comfortable and easy to set up.

Good controller for about two weeks. After that, joystick started to drift hard. Glad I got the protection warranty.
