It came in good but later had stick drift was kinda sad on that one

I got this because the rechargable battery packs were too expensive, this is a great buy and an awesome controller

4th elite controller! Problems with buttons not working. Very Disappointed. Waiting for Elite 3 n hope it will be fixed 100%

Xbox continues to make these with poor components. Not event a year later and it’s failing on the triggers and buttons.

I highly recommend this for anyone who loves gaming. The idea of being able to program the buttons and vibration to my liking interested me. When it arrived, I played around with the settings for a little while and got it the way I wanted it. It took a little getting use to but now I can’t go back to the regular Xbox remote. I absolutely love it!

For a geeksquad refurbished I’m very surprised. The controller is in great condition looks to me it was a return Same day from someone else. The controller itself has great features for the money you’ll spend. And saving money is always good.

Right on dpad doesnt work and the left stick has an issue otherwise a good buy

This was an amazing deal! I thought I was just getting the controller, but Best Buy came out above and beyond and gave EVERYTHING! Paddles, tuner, extra joy sticks case and charger! The ONLY complaint that I have (which is a usual for a used item) is that the right bumper does not work very well! Luckily, I used one of the paddles to configure it to the bumper! Overall amazing!

The best controller you can have. I thought I wouldn't care for the extra trinkets it included, but they are a game changer. Not only does it help improve your gaming experience, but it is very comfortable too.

Refurbished is not the way to go from Best Buy - this is the second refurbished controller that I have gotten from Best Buy and it seems like they just repackage returns - the first one had a B button and a right bumper that only worked some of the time. The second one has a sticky A button and after some use, smells like a smoker that used a lot of hand moisturizer. Very disappointing.

I was worried about getting a refurbished controller but it works great and I have the peace of mind with a 2 year protection plan. My son loves the paddles and being able to adjust the triggers for different games. It’s also great that it comes with a charger that is also a carrying case.

great product, i bought it so i can use the pedals. i m a pc games but console gamer inside. so i needed more btn for the games like arma and this one does its job. i use pedals for the running zooming and other stuff. solid controller.

Love this controller,,,,buttons wear out after a year or 2 but all in all still geeat controller

Had Series 1 and loved it. Series 2 is even better! I can use some of my previous components as well. Any Bluetooth device! Best controller on the market in my opinion.

We just upgraded my son's controller from the series one to the series two and I must say we have had no complaints. Best buy always has the best prices and you can't beat the geek squad warranty. Thank you Best Buy!

Right bumper is hard to trigger. I have to press down at a certain spot and with more pressure than necessary. I had to remap the right bumper to one of the paddles because it was ruining the fluidity of my game play.
