Anyone that would have actually tested it would have noticed. Of course now it's out of stock so I can't even get it replaced.

The best controller available refurbished like new

However, my first one stopped working within a week, and my replacement still have button press lag issues.

First Refurb - It was a massive fizzle

Well first time out was a dud. Controller came "looking brand new", but buttons were not responsive and missing the paddles, the silver bottom left peace and controller drift on the left side. I didn't think about not having a cable, since most new devices don't come with them anymore, but I looked and seen it was supposed to come with one (it didn't). Going to return and try one more. If that one comes back with issues, I'll have to get a new one.

Terrible quality controller

They say it was looked over by best buy techs but I'm not buying that. It had several issues. The right trigger wasn't working and the B button was sticky. Just embarrassing they didn't even bother checking it

DO NOT BUY Refurbished

About three weeks later I revived my controller only to find out the analog stick didn’t work. When contacting Best Buy they told me there were no replacements and the best they could do was take a look at it. I explained it would take over a month to get there, and they said were unable to replace the controller.

Hoping for better in the future

I wanted to like it but sadly just not the right time to get one. Returned due to these issues
