    I was worried about getting a refurbished controller but it works great and I have the peace of mind with a 2 year protection plan. My son loves the paddles and being able to adjust the triggers for different games. It’s also great that it comes with a charger that is also a carrying case.

    One of the best ways to go for an Elite controller. Playing all the time makes wear and tear on these go quickly but with a refurb, I could also buy 2 year protection and that just makes sense.

    Best controller yet. Hair pin triggers are amazing. Paddles feel natural. Adjustable tension on analog controls makes all the difference for fine tuning. Chargeable carrying case is pretty sweet too.

    Stick drift out of the box clearly not refurbished just used had to return the same day I got it. They couldn’t help get a replacement either.

    I got my new controller thinking geek squad would send me a controller that works. instead they sent me a even worse controller then before!! I'm very upset with best buy and geek squads performance in fixing there products. the lack off effort in even packaging the controller was despicable. I will be going into my nearest best buy to talk to the manager!

    broken. i ordered this controller hoping for the best and the back buttons are broken. the joystick feels almost like the direction pad.

    Got this as a refurb. The x button just sticks a bit here and there. I can’t believe someone actually took it back. They shave off a few bucks for me and bam!

    Terrible quality. Very disappointed. They say it was looked over by best buy techs but I'm not buying that. It had several issues. The right trigger wasn't working and the B button was sticky. Just embarrassing they didn't even bother checking it

    I can tell that the controller I ordered was a return that someone put there old one they broke in it and returned it and kept the new one. And yea I got swrewed.

    Not what I had expected. It felt to me like the regular Xbox 360 controller. Only difference is that the batteries are rechargeable, that’s about it.

    Bought the Best Buy geek squad refurbished and well let’s just say it wasn’t refurbished. Was pretty much just like the last customer sent it back. Very very unsatisfying to pay 150 dollar for something and have to send it back.
