    When I explained the problem to the Best Buy employee upon returning he described it as joy stick drift. The controller would continually malfunction and act as if I was holding “forward” constantly. Great controller just must have been damaged beyond repair previously. Would recommend this controller and Best Buy but this controller was just poor.

    I bought this hoping that it would be at least satisfactory, and it had a sticker saying that it passed all tests, yet the entire right bumper and right thumbstick didnt work. They obviously recieved it as a return and just put it back on the shelf. Never buy geeksquad items, you're better off paying the extra $50 for a new one

    I normally don't leave bad reviews, but I'm sorry these controllers are the worst. This is my third one and guess how many have a RB that doesn't work? 3. i just got this refurb in the mail and ran the xbox accessories testing utility and out of the box RB doesn't respond half the time. Clearly there should be a recall or something on these.
