Ordered this item and it came with an apple charger block with an insignia brand usb-c cord which is not even the correct type of charging cord...the surface comes with the magnetic type charger. After spending an hour chatting with 4 different people through text (which is a terrible experience in itself) i was told to bring it into the store and they would give me the correct charger. I already own a surface 4 and bought this one for my mother so i used my surface charger to charge it and get it set up. After it was completely set up, i unplugged the charger and the laptop died immediately! So not only did i get the incorrect charger that was completely beat up, i also received a laptop that doesn't hold a charge whatsoever. I took everything back to the store and was told that they dont do returns on internet purchases. Ultimately they took it back. A complete waste of time! Best buy got ABSOLUTELY nothing correct at any step of the process. Obviously this laptop wasnt even gone through by the "geeksquad". I would give ZERO stars if i had the option. Best buy should be completely embarrassed. Take your business elsewhere!

I was very disappointed with this purchase. The laptop arrived without a charger, making it unusable right away. On top of that, it was dirty, which is unacceptable for a supposedly new or refurbished product. I would not recommend this seller.
