Pretty basic ergonomic keyboard, letters wear off

We have a team of transcriptionists who all use this model keyboard, and they go through them fairly quickly. Key travel starts off good but deteriorates over time and the letters wear off the keys. Other than that, no issues

Really love this keyboard, but letters wear off the keys after about a year. Probably not a problem if you type from muscle memory.

It works fine, but the key letters are printed with not so great contrast: the letters could be easier to see if they were thicker and brighter. Good keyboard for the price, but I would shell out more for one with better keys if you expect to spend a lot of time with it.

Had to return the keyboard due to the spacing of letters on the keyboard. It may work for some...but not my wife or I.

I go through about 1 of these a year. The keyboard doesn't fail but the letter printing gets completely worn off in an office environment.

This is a great keyboard. I had to buy a new one because my 5 year old got play dough inside of it and some letters would not function. Great keyboard, though.

Thus is my second time purchasing this keyboard. I love the way it's set up and having an attached wrist pad is an extra plus. he only drawback is that after several years of heavy use the letters wore off on the keys.

I truly love this keyboard and now cannot type on a straight one anymore! The issue I have with it is that the print on the keys wears off with a lot of use resulting with having to buy a new one after there are no letters visible anymore. Thank goodness I don't need to look at the letters, but still!

I've written 30 novels over the last 20 years using this keyboard. If you have wide shoulders like I do, getting your hands onto a straight keyboard requires bending and gets you a pain in your wrist, I've got 6 of these around the house, 3 because I wore the letters off of the keys two on my main writing computers and one spare just in case. If you're big like me, I strongly recommend you use this puppy.

I have had a few of these. My only complaint is that the letters rub off long before the keyboard wares out. And I wish they had a wireless version

Provides a comfortable surface for someone who does a lot of typing and has wrist pain. My biggest complaint is that all of the letters/numbers rub off the keys very quickly. It's not a problem when you're typing fast, but if you're going slow and have to look down, it's confusing.

This is my 3rd Natural keyboard. They really help releive my wrist pain, and is very easy to use. Only down side is that I use it for work, and after about a year of use the letters start to rub off the keyboard.

Nicely designed keyboard - comfortable for my wrists, and after a short "break-in period" getting used the layout of the keys on the board, it is relatively fast and easy to type with this model. A drawback: The letters on the keys started wearing off after only a few days of use. I am fine with this, since I am a touch-typist, but my kids get frustrated, as not all of them are "keyboard literate"...

My only qualm with this keyboard is that the letters wear way too easily. I had most of the left hand keys wear to where the letters were almost gone. That aside, the keyboard has been performing admirably. I use it at work and the keyboard is comfortable.

have used this keyboard since 2010 and wish Microsoft keep the Original "Wireless " board as before rather than change. I had to purchase the Plug in in order to have the exact same one. This lasted over 8 years and still working but letters were wearing off and my grandchildren could not find the letters...hence the new b board. Helps with arthritis and Never had Carpal tunnel using this.

I purchased this keyboard as a replacement for an identical one I purchased 8 years ago. The keyboard still worked great, but the letters were worn off so you couldn't read them. This keyboard keeps my fingers and wrists from becoming inflamed and painful with my arthritis, I love it! I would definitely buy it again.

I get a new keyboard every 3 months. The ergonomic design is great for your wrists but it doesn't hold up well. The writing on the letters wears off after a few weeks and certain keys will start to stick. But the comfort in the carpal tunnel makes it still worth it.

    Very Comfortable To Use

I have arthritis in my hands and require an ergonomic keyboard. This is a very comfortable one to use. The split keyboard and the spacebar took a little getting used to but once I overcame those small hurdles it became a joy to use. The only criticism I have is that the letters wear off the keys. I'm a touch typist so it's not such a great problem for me but it would be a huge problem for hunt-and-peck keyboarders.
