Great item for the entire family cause you never know when you will need some of the programs.

Love the udates. With my son in college and me using it on my computer and phone it is nice to get one that is good for more than one computer. I would have liked it for more years like in the past.

I disliked the fact that it linked each computer to my cloud desktop files, so each computer regardless if it was mine showed all my personal files on every computer automatically. I had to spend a lot of time unlinking each one and removing my files on each of the computers since they were not all my computers but my kids computers which could be taken almost anywhere and I certainly didn't want my files accessible to anyone they might be around. I would have had personal files as well as business files available for everyone and anyone to get into. This setting should be off when each computer user installed the programs, not automatically on. Otherwise the program is great.

Super product! Well worth the money and easy to install

We have been Office users since being at university in the mid 1990s. I've tried Google suites, it's just not for me. When we would buy the "student" version of office, it was once computer and we had to buy the next version every few years. Once we were professionals, we had several devices. This subscription has been the most affordable option to use multiple devices for several family members without spending several hundred dollars for additional licenses and switching to the latest versions of office.

I've had the Microsoft suite for many years. I find the programs rather easy to use and meets the needs I have for writing, displays, spreadsheets and email. I am glad for this product!

Purchased Microsoft 365 family. Easy to install and works great!!

Able to use this on 5 different devices without an additional charge. Don't have to pay for it monthly, its a yearly payment. Easy to install

I purchased MS product,then realized that I had renewed previous MS subscription. Best Buy refused my attempt to return the product stating there's no return policy. I gave it to my son as a gift for his new computer I purchased from Best Buy.

I have used 365 for many years. I can't recount the improvements, enhancements and additions. What stands out is how intuitive (I guess the new term is organic), well supported, and priced to be attainable to most budgets. If history can be a predictor of future performance then I can't wait to see what tomorrow brings.

Excellent product for the first time and the best product

I have not completely adjusted to the Microsoft 365 Family, yet. This was a big change from MS Office 2010. It is going to be a learning experience. The biggest problem is Outlook, one day it works and the next day it does not. I have setup MS 365 on three computers. Following the directions from the MS website the setup was very straight forward. At present I would it as a 4 star after some more time (learning/playing according to my wife), I belive it could be rated a 5.

Microsoft 365 Family is an annual subscription software product that includes ACCESS (Database), EXCEL (Spreadsheet), OneNote (Notes), OUTLOOK (email), PowerPoint (Presentation). PUBLISHER (Brochures), and WORD (Text software). These are premium office applications that are extremely popular in the business world. I have been using these apps for more than two decades. I have used other software on WINDOWS computers, but they were slightly buggy. With your purchase you get 1 TB of cloud storage (OneDrive) per user. The Family version allows you to have up to 6 users on 5 devices. I found OneDrive to be slightly confusing, even after several years of using it. I believe Microsoft needs to simplify it for home users. I highly recommend this excellent product to all.
