    No complaints about the expensive HP desktop computer so far, other than the Geek at the counter told me it had a CD drive when I asked... but it actually does not. Also extremely disappointed in the MS Office suite that was installed and the inability to print my transferred business docs correctly due to the new software and have been unable to get problems solved by Geek Squad after multiple calls for help. Being a Total Tech member is no longer of any value to me.

    Every thing I have needed and purchased has been incredible and very quickly to put together. Even at the age of 75 I am still an experienced computer person and I would recommend going to Best Buy!

    Pretty easy but… MS is pushing 365 which makes this install confusing. If you have a new system with 365 installed on the drive, you’ll need to uninstall 365 prior to installing office home & business. Once you start to install of office home &business, the link says install 365 office home & business. What it means is install office home & business. So, just install from the link provided. I’m going from win 7 and office 2010, to win 11 office 2021. Lots of differences but you have to make the leap sometime!

    Works just fine. It's Microsoft Office, you know what you're getting. This is a nice alternative to the subscription service. Just keep in mind that you can only use this on one computer, but it will never need to be renewed.

    The whole Microsoft Office program is the best program that I use to bring the Message to the people of my congregation. I use Word for the Sermons, Publish for the Sunday bulletins and Power Point for the message on the screen for the people at church and watching at home. it's a total package!

    Exceptionally easy purchase and download. Highly recommend getting Micosoft Account as it allows transfer of the license to another machine should you need to do that in the future. Installation was a breeze.

    I use this software daily. I like the organization of MS Outlook. The MS Outlook Calendar is indispensable. Word gives me capacity to create, store and view documents. My needs in computing are simple and the Office Home & Business package meet those needs.

    purchased Microsoft Office Home & Business 2024 for a new laptop. Purchase was easy as the entire package is a download. I received a copy of the product key at the register and they also emailed it to me. The email had a live link to easily download and install, which went smoothly.
