    Having used Office for several of its versions throughout the years, I was pleased that the transition from Office Professional 2019 to 2024 was fairly smooth. Also, I use/prefer the 'classic' Outlook (with my local PST storage file). That went well (though I had to download 'classic' since I do not care nor want to enable OneDrive). Good luck to you all!

    The download was going fine. THEN, they used my Best Buy E-mail address to start the install. This was a new computer. I only had my alternate E-mail loaded. With the data I had filled out I did get some things over my cellphone. it took me 30 minutes to get the E-mail address registered with Best Buy loaded some I could begin the download. Once I got the program downloaded, even with instructions, I was confused because the page did not look as I expected. I did not see anything about the package , and the only one listed was the one I selected. After I transferred my documents folder, all was working well. Looking at my Download Folder, I am still not use what was download. Hopefully they will be the "bugs"" out of the ordering process. The disappointed these was Best Buy. The instructions gave me an E-mail address for Best Buy Expert Service. It did not work. The page simply said sorry and forward me to Best Buy Customer Service. I could never get anyone to answer the phone. That was poor customer service. My experience was average. The day prior I uploaded another program and things went like clockwork. It was from another software program It was Outstanding.

    So far (only few days have passed) I am satisfied with my new HP desktop and printer. The installation and service from Ron D (Geek Squad) was excellent! But I have yet to get my data from my old computer hard drive transferred. I will follow up.

    Can’t stand the Microsoft 365 (cloud solution), so I had to get this. Good product. I hope Microsoft will continue releasing the “regular” office where I can download my excel and word and have a normal mailbox. :)

    Really good product. Really helpful for businesses with outlook and all office apps included lifetime with no need to pay any subscriptions. Excel is really helpful when managing finances and word easy to write documents in and in PowerPoint build awesome presentations
