I love Microsoft products! I utilize this software for home and my business. Good to know that I own this and I’ll probably won’t need anything else for a long time.

Very easy to download and install. Wanted Office on my computer instead of 365 subscription.

Good product. Easy to i stall with geek squad. Geek squad did the f ull instsll at best buy. Highly recommend best buy with geek squad for elderly folks.

2016 has better performance, the software is complicated. I had outlook classic in 2016, new outlook had two different installs, one without classic and the other with classic, the software card is confusing between classic and non classic. Store installed the non classic, had to go back and pay almost double to get classic, this is unreasonable, please make the card very clear on this point. Store was confused as well.

I just bought an iMac but needed to communicate using Outlook for email. Great product. I also use it for office suite. Loaded easily. No problems.

No complaints about the expensive HP desktop computer so far, other than the Geek at the counter told me it had a CD drive when I asked... but it actually does not. Also extremely disappointed in the MS Office suite that was installed and the inability to print my transferred business docs correctly due to the new software and have been unable to get problems solved by Geek Squad after multiple calls for help. Being a Total Tech member is no longer of any value to me.

I Works just like office 365 for my purposes. I separated/retired from a previous employer who subsequently canceled my subscription, so I purchased MS Office 2021 free standing. I often use Outlook for email and this was not included. I was she paid $100 more for the office professional, otherwise I would’ve given a five star.

Pretty easy but… MS is pushing 365 which makes this install confusing. If you have a new system with 365 installed on the drive, you’ll need to uninstall 365 prior to installing office home & business. Once you start to install of office home &business, the link says install 365 office home & business. What it means is install office home & business. So, just install from the link provided. I’m going from win 7 and office 2010, to win 11 office 2021. Lots of differences but you have to make the leap sometime!

Every thing I have needed and purchased has been incredible and very quickly to put together. Even at the age of 75 I am still an experienced computer person and I would recommend going to Best Buy!

it may feel a little expensive compared to 365 but if you can keep track of your key for more than 2 years you will be saving money. just wish microsoft would make tracking your keys easier but the better you do that the more money they are miss out on.

So happy to have this back on my computer. Went a year without Microsoft Office when my computer got a new hard drive and it was tough. Google docs is good yet Microsoft Office is easier for me to navigate and is a better experience over all. It was relatively affordable too.

Setup was easy. Digital download, no problem. Had trouble getting away from 360, other than that good product.

Microsoft is the best operational system in the world, easy to use and fast access to everything. And with Microsoft office is the best purchase

Outlook has several problems. 1. Takes long time to start. In some case it does not even start. 2. Even I bought genuine software from Best Buy, every time when I start outlook, it shows a warning sheet telling to buy genuine software. Why!

Love the Microsoft - Office Home & Business 2021 suite for windows but had difficulties setting up Outlook. Geek Squad spent a lot of time helping to set up email accounts from my old pc. They were fantastic! But Microsoft Outlook still NOT connecting back and forth to Apple iCloud for Contacts and Calendars. Hope to get this resolved someday.

Every time the software companies come out with a newer version of their product; I always feel that they take away items instead of allowing it to become more user friendly. I spend more time looking for the older features. I always tried by best to make it more user-friendly and to also add more features that would make it easier.

This is a very good product. I just wish there was a direct link to a microsoft Home and Business Manual so that I could understand how the One Drive System works. I don't understand what data is stored on my laptop and what is stored in One Drive in the "cloud".

Need and like the product. Not a fan of the subscription method so bought a one shot deal. Maybe I recall when this did not cost as much but seems pricey to me given it is good for one computer only.
