    I purchased windows 10 for my computed. The guy at the store walked me through if I needed a 1 year we decided I needed one time down load. I wouldn't have to renew every year. Then geek squad loaded it onto my new computer and gave me a quick tutorial which was great. I couldn't get my printer to work so I took my printer and my new computer to geek squad they downloaded my printer onto computer. Everything is working great. I loved my geek squad and windows 10
