Overpriced Microsoft Software that does exactly what another program can do for a fraction of the price. Only problem is Microsoft makes it harder and harder for other programs to read MS files that you are forced into buying this crap because it has become the Student and Business "Gold Standard" Software. Sad but unfortunately necessary to buy.

Microsoft Tech did the install for me remotely, using "Rescue". He told me that I couldn't have done it myself because of a program bug. After the install, I was asked to activate the app, and several times after I began using Excel and Word, I was again asked to activate. There was a momentary power glitch a few days ago that shut down my Mac. After rebooting and trying to use Excel, I was again told that I had to activate the software. I think this is going to go on forever. Also, while you can autosave to any folder you wish in Word, in Excel you can only autosave to your internal hard drive. That is a super security problem for me since I have some spreadsheets I want to keep private on an external drive.

However, since the program I use (MS Word) appears to be very diffifrent from the ones I used to use. I searched internet and found Microsoft Office's support phone number, only to be told that the one I bought (one time deal, $130, not 365) doesn't have tech support.
