I was very disappointed to realize that I paid 99.00 for Office and it did not include Outlook for mail. I didn't want to purchase a new subscription each year.

When you try to install it they will not allow you to download it without having some kind of virus protection. No where did it say that I would have to have virus protection to down load it or use it. I do not need it on my older version and this type of up-sale makes me mad. This is exactly why I don't run PC or Microsoft garbage! Oh and I did not appreciate the sales person from India trying to scare me into buying the virus protection saying stuff like don't do any online banking or anything else on the internet until you have protection. Also I did not like the way the tech person would not talk with me unless he had remote access to my computer. I do NOT recommend this product to anyone!!
