Very complicated to use. Still trying to get use to it.

This is a great value with a one time cost no yearly fee.

I wouldn't think of going without Office, but it is pricey.

I believe Microsoft office is perfect for my new MacBook.

had a very difficult getting the program to work first time i purchased it didnt work and lost my money !! i received NO help or a resolution from anyone second time i purchased it did work but only after numerous attempts by a store employee. would not recommend

It gets the job done. It's not as good as office 2011.

BestBuy in Hendenson NV sold me the MicroSoft Office download card, took it home, scratched off the hidden authorization code, and it doesnt work. BestBuy help said that sometimes MicroSoft will deactive codes on cards, so... they were going to send out a new code within 24-48 hours. That was on a Sunday, today is Thursday, no emails with a code have been sent.... I wish I would have just dont this purchase online direct from MicroSoft, rather than waste my time and effort on an inactive code. The idea was to get this MicroSoft suite up and running on my daughters laptop that I purchased at the same time (total bill that Sunday was $1500), did not work out at all... Very Disappointed!!!

With 40 years experience working on computers and installing software I found this to be a pain to install, the key code came up invalid on 2 different cards, finally after 3 trips we got one that was valid.

I followed the directions on line and the next thing I know an error came up informed me that I am unable to download the software because my computer may have a virus. The pop up asked me to call a toll free number. I called and a person with a India tired me to buy a cleanup service for $200+ and this would clear up my iMac and let it function. He kept being very persistent in having me make a payment or give him access to my computer so he can fix it. I tried to return the item to Best Buy after telling them what happened and they said it can’t be returned and to call Microsoft and see if they will give me another number to use. This item deserves a 1/2 star.

The salesperson grabbed the wrong software license. Luckily I looked at what all comes with the license because I wanted Outlook as well and returned to the store to get the full version of Office with Outlook.

purchased the latest version which is the 2016 and they already coming out with a new 2019 version. Does not make sense, now they will stopping any updates in the next few years. SAD

Mac and word still does not go together even after all this time. As time goes by more and more it starts to problems. If you want word to work buy a pc laptop

Bought it as a gift for my daughter and the sales person did not inform me about the return policy on this item. Also the store does not have any postings regarding return policies on this items.It happens my daughter did not need the product and I tried to return it to the store the next day after I purchased in Fresno CA and I was told by the store manager that I couldn't return it because it was against the law in California. I did not tampered the product at all and I still cannot believe Best Buy did not allow me to return the product!

Hard to learn this product. Still trying to use. Video and tutorial not clear, too complicated. You need to be a techie to use quickly.Frustrating!!!
