Thank God, I would rather buy a new power cord than a new laptop. I will not buy a computer any where else as long as Geek Squad is available

Greatly Improved

This charger has a notably softer cord- only time will tell if it holds up to the daily course of connecting and disconnecting and storing the charger. I feel Microsoft should have credited me for their initial design.

Unfortunately this was a replacement

Anyway it wasn’t covered under my one year warranty so I had to replace this very expensive “accessory”. It’s necessary - just short lived and expensive to replace.

Power when you need it

I thought the pricing was a bit high, but the system works and has given me the ability to use my table consistently when visiting with clients. I would purchase again but would prefer a lower price.
