Needed a second cord for my Surface Pro for when I travel. These are a little expensive but work well and has been reliable I like the integrated USB port in the charge block - very handy when charging my iPhone

I'm a student and I am constantly on my surface. I needed another charger because I kept forgetting mine at home when I was at school. Now I have one always on my backpack so never an issue. Its small and light enough that its perfect to carry around

I love this charger - it charges my laptop very quickly and the battery lasts forever. The extra USB port on the battery pack itself is my favorite feature. I can charge my phone and not take up the USB port on the actual computer

There is no reason that a replacement adapter/charger for the Surface Pro should be $80. It also should be built better to last longer. A simple pinch, or 3 seconds with my dog, is all it takes to make it worthless. For this price, it should be built with a protective layer, at least. I enjoy the Surface Pro. I just don't enjoy having to spend $80, plus tax, everytime my dog happens to catch a glimpse of it. I swear it has an attractant or something inside of it that the dog is just drawn to. She will find it anywhere, it seems I would recommend it, only because it's the only option that I know of.

Needed a new charging cable as my older cable wouldn’t charge at all. My Surface Pro 2 is an older generation so I was worried they wouldn’t have the right charger. Luckily this seems like the exact one I needed. Works perfectly.

Good quality, not too stiff or bendable, but that is good so it does not break in the long run. There is a usb port on it which is smart. Could have benefitted of some clip when you roll up the cables.

Had to replace Microsoft power adapter after the cord shorted on original one. This power adapter is and original equipment replacement and works well.

It is much higher quality than other brands...you get what you pay for! Long heavy cord. USB powers other devices, faster charging then the cord that came with my Surface.

The power cord for my Surface wore through at the attachment bend and had to be replaced. This cord is heavier and less likely to wear out soon, and there is an USB port in it that is very handy. Glad I bought it!

After my original power adapter stopped working, I needed a replacement fast & Best Buy saved me. This part was in stock at my local store & I rely on my tablet working for my job & it worked perfectly!

There are days I work from home and I want to mininize as much as possible the amount of things to carry around. This charger is awesome! Works just like the one that came with the product. Thank you!

I wanted a second charge to keep in the living room (the one that came with my surface is in the bedroom. This is exactly like the one they came with my surface so that keeps things simple for me. Great addition.

Was purchased as a bock up to the one that came with my work computer/tablet. Works as it should no issues. I bought this one due to the fact that the hook into the computer is flawed. It does not stay connect and is bad by design. Was glad that Best Buy had these in stock as they are hard to get and my company had none. They break very easily and when you use this Tablet/Computer on the road it became difficult. The computer was great just the cord and how it attached that is bad by design. Remember this was not Best Buys fault was thankful they had 1 in stock.

I bought an extra Power Adapter for my new Microsoft Surface Pro. It's always best to go with a name brand product. This works great and should last for the life of the computer.

Replaced the old one that quit after years of reliability, and has performed well ever since plugging it into the socket that discharges the electric feed to the little black box!

cant wait for power to be universal using usb or whatever, but in the meantime you need to have a special power adapter for surfaces from microsoft... and this worked great.

Perfect replacement for you so if you need a new cord. My original cord got chewed up by one of my pets so I had to buy an additional cord and this one worked perfectly out of the box.

I wish that the MacBook had a charger like this. It literally magnetically hooks right now; so easy! It pulls and sticks and done! Presto!!!! No pulling or twisting.

This item simply lets me and my Surface work. Without it, we would not be able to create our graphics, documents, or scrambled eggs. Thanks Micro$oft.

I bought an open box item because I needed a backup charger for my travel. I've had no issue so far. I'd recommend sticking with the branded adapters. I've had bad luck with off-brand ones.
