If you want to game for hours to come, this rechargeable battery is the way to go. Tired of constantly having to change your batteries? This battery is your solution to those problems. It lasts days without needing to charge, and I am a heavy gamer. It is a USB-C type charger, so that is a plus. Would definitely purchase multiple ones.

I ended up buying a second one for my other controller, they work great and it’s nice to stop swapping batteries mid game. Just sucks they don’t come with these from the start.

I played through a 20-25 hour game without charging it once, and there’s still more than half of the charge left. Good enough for me. Completely takes the hassle of swapping out traditional batteries. Although this convenience comes at a slight price, compared to several non-name brand offerings from Amazon. But those might not support charging through the port on the controller, so be aware of that. I would spend a little more on a trusted brand.

Has done its job for near a year now it still holds a charge really well. Use it for about two hours every day and charge it, I think it’s worth the extra money from other brands

There's not a whole lot to say about this product other than it works as advertised. It's the same rechargeable battery pack that was used throughout the Xbox One lifespan, except now it comes with a USB Type-C cable to fit the latest controllers. Other than that, the only real differences are the new cable no longer includes a charging light and the cable itself feels significantly thicker and sturdier. I've never clocked the battery life but I've had many a marathon gaming session and never come anywhere close to draining the battery when it's fully charged. I know I've gone days without recharging before, but most of the time I just plug in my controller when I stop gaming so I never even have to worry about my controller dying while I'm trying to capture B on Nuketown. Like I said at the beginning: It works exactly as advertised. If you want a rechargeable battery pack and your controller has a USB Type-C port then this will absolutely do the job for you.

Bought on 3-3-23 love the long usb line play n charge......price was abit over priced. These controllers are abit expensive so safe than sorry. Its the 20th still on the same chage when i bought holding charge got tired of swapping out aa batteries. Didnt want to damage battey connector

I bought this because the Xbox controller eats AA batteries. It’s a little pricey for what it is but this pack works great, and I have the Xbox series S. My only problem with it is that it turns the system on when I plug my controller in (so I just plug it right before powering off.)

This is designed for the new controllers that come with the Series X/S. It works in my older controllers as well, just keep in mind the USB C cable will only charge the newer controllers. One thing to note: there is no charge indicator light on this cable, like there was on the last gen battery kit. I don't personally care, just wanted to include that just in case you're expecting it. The new controllers also work on the older Xbox, everything seems to be very compatible. That's good for me because I have a lot of last gen controllers and battery packs, and this new battery fits right in without any drama. Doesn't matter if it gets mixed up with the others.
