Very happy with the tablet. But the description and accessories listed was not correct. Stated black light keyboard included. This item was not shipped. Took tablet back to the store and manager on duty verified keyboard should have been included. Manager offered full refund. Or purchase wireless keyboard with a discount. I bought wireless keyboard and very satisfied with Best Buy customer service.

It freezes and restarts randomly

It worked ok 2 years.
After that it has been freezing and restarting randomly.
Normally other laptop brands like Lenovo, Dell they have lasted without any problem during 4, 5 years.
Could it be because a scheduled obsolescence?
