This mouse being Bluetooth is excellent for use without a wireless dongle taking up a USB port and the blue laser Microsoft uses does seem to work good on about any surface. It is relatively simple yet doesn't lack useful features, such as the left/right scroll feature which is handy. I use it everyday and it's worked without flaw and doesn't seem to eat batteries.

Purchased this at the recommendation of an employee. Turns out it was also the same ones that my work purchased about a year ago. So I use it daily, at home and work. I'm very pleased with it, especially the ease it operates without a mouse pad, I can use paper or just the surface I happen to be working on. For someone who often has to stop and pull out my laptop at inconvenience locations, it's been wonderful! Very comfortable and natural to use.

Item is great for laptops with Bluetooth! Joe at Richmond store and store managers were great help in figuring out how to make it work with a laptop that didn't have Bluetooth with an adapter!

This mouse is awesome. I just wish it was still produced. Hopefully it will be brought back at some point.

It worked really well. I only returned it because I got a great deal on another product elsewhere. I purchased it to use with my 7" HP tablet.

The Microsoft mouse fits my hand perfectly and has all the functionality I need. The price was comparable to others in the same line with less favorable user ratings.

Very ergonomic design and responsive touch. Aesthetically looks nice and functions as it’s supposed to, my only complain is that the top part of the mouse is a gloss black so it shows any kind of fingerprints and smudging.

This mouse is great for Windows. I have setup the blue button to slide left and right between desktops, and I can click it to show all the desktops I have going. Problem is that Microsoft has discontinued this mouse, so the price for new ones is almost double the original MSRP of $25. And these mice eventually have problems with the scroll wheel skipping, or the buttons not clicking or clicking twice. I bought an open box mouse, and had to return it because it didn't power on and it was covered in grease. Not Microsoft's fault, definately an issue with Best Buy and open box mail order items.

This mouse is my favorite. No work to connect - just load the batteries and use it. So far, much better battery life than I expected. Good feel to the hand - excellent ergonomics.

Great mouse! No issues. Feels very comfortable in my hand and looks really cool! It answers all commands very quick and smooth.

The tracking is accurate as well as the scrolling. The only downside is given that it is Bluetooth, if your Bluetooth is knocked out with an MS update and you to not have a touch screen/monitor about the only simple way to get the mouse to working again is to use a wired or USB wireless mouse to turn the Bluetooth back on.

Got this for school to use with my tablet! Works very smoothly and haven't had any problems. Simply battery change, and being Bluetooth makes it that much better to travel with!

No qualms with this, it's a mouse like any other mouse. The one issue I have, which is due to no fault of the mouse I'm sure, when I use it on my tablet and I have a Bluetooth keyboard in use at the same time, occasionally they seem to conflict with each other. The mouse will become choppy and the keyboard keys appears as if they stick. When I turn off the mouse, the keyboard works fine, when I turn of the keyboard the mouse works fine. Somehow they are interfering with each other.

Feels comfortable. Sometimes it takes a little time to connect when the computer resumes from sleep.

Gives you the function of a traditional mouse without the need of a USB port. Customization allows me to use my mouse like my previous mouse, which had a useful back button.

Love this small bluetooth mouse. No dongle needed, which means nothing to lose or misplace. Great travel companion.
