    Bought this computer 11 days ago and it was working great till it started doing all these updates. It started slowing down a bit from its origanal purchase. Finally on the 11 day it self updated and locked me out of my own computer took it to tech support have to pay $150 for it to get recovered and be without a laptop for 2 days. Disappointed in the laptop. I clearly asked before purchase i wanted a durable computer. Has nice features but wouldn't purchase again.

    Very lightweight, and with a touchscreen. We had some trouble getting it set up, but the Geek Squad helped out and now it is running smoothly.
