    Very upset. Purchased this item yesterday. Cannot upgrade to Windows 10 Pro from that horrible 10 S. Was on phone with Microsoft support FOR HOURS and they couldn’t resolve the issue. While the hardware is impressive, the software AND service from Microsoft has been POOR. Will likely have to return product and save up for another Mac. And I SO MUCH wanted to keep this beautiful device!
