Power Supply Wrong, but no problem returning

I am sure the product is good, however my computer told me it was the wrong one when i attached. The person that sold it to me was very new and just probably needed some guidance from a more experienced person.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

It killed my new Microsoft Surface laptop within just a few weeks. This is not the charger for surface, it'll eat up your battery and cause a bad charge. HORRIBLE

Okay product with an expensive price!

I currently don’t even use this charger anymore because it didn’t last long at all. I mean it works but if you want to compare it to the original it doesn’t compare!

not charging

I tried several times. it starts for a sec and then it stops, my original charger has no problem charging. I am returning. wanted to have a spare but not worth the hassal
