Wouldn’t buy if I didn’t need it

They don’t last and break easily. However, it does charge my laptop which is important. Also expensive for what you get.

I had to cut up my new charger and wire to an old laptop charger to actually have it work functionally. Do not purchase this charger if you actually plan on using your device.

I needed it for a business trip because I left my charger at home, complete waste of money. The charging light only stayed on for a few seconds. So if you have a surface pro, I wouldn’t recommend buying this product

Person at Best buy said it was what I needed, but when I actually tried to use it didn't work as expected. Once I went to the Geek Squad, I was informed it wasn't what I needed, the 24W was not enough and that I needed to get the other one. I wasn't very pleased with the experience.

Doesn't charge a Surface or Surface Laptop

Best Buy still hasn't processed my return since I dropped it off with Customer Service.
