The charger that came with the laptop got left in a hotel. I found this one on Best Buy. I think it works better than the original!

there is no need to pay premium for technology... apple and Microsoft with the surface line make their items specifically non-standard so once you but their equipment you are 'force' to buy their parts. but generally they make their parts feel nicer and of higher quality... perception is reality I guess. last time I check reality is reality but these are the time we live in... for a simple charger $90+... ouch. got the part out of the box and it work perfectly

The power supply charger for my microsoft surface worked great! I was not able to purchase at staples so i was glad best buy had the product where i needed this for work purposes and was stuck without the power cord. Great customer service.

When it comes to this charger you need to buy the real thing. I have bought knock offs on Amazon and they get so hot and do not charge well. The connection of this charger is superior to any other knock off. It has a consistent connection and charges fast and does not get hot.

A standard 65W Power Supply. It is light weight and easy to grip. The two regular plugs stay put. The narrow plug into the computer pulls away nicely so that no damage is done to the plug or to the computer. This is a good quality for a highly trafficked plug.

Needed this for an important Zoom class and they had it in stock for same day pick up and it works perfectly.

The charger doesan excellent job of charging jy surface pro. It was more expensive than at some other stores but it was in stock and readily available

Purchased this to replace the original 48W power supply that came with my Microsoft Surface laptop (1st generation) after one of my kids sucked up the cord in the vacuum cleaner and destroyed the end that magnetically plugs to the laptop. This replacement is 65W, so has more power to charge faster, and is perfectly compatible with my first gen Surface Laptop. Only complaint is that it's a little pricey for just being a power charger.

I bought this in store and when looked at it, thought it was the wrong one. After looking at my computer, realized it was the correct one.

Old adapter failed, new one works great stays plugged in.

I left town on a business trip forgetting my laptop charger. I could buy a cheap knock off from Amazon, but, thankfully, Best Buy had a stock replacement of the actual Microsoft unit. Now I have one in my business to go kit. It is fast and I know up to specs.
