great product, easy to connect and disconnect from the surface book. never have to worry about pulling on the cord that usually ends up shorting out the old stile chargers. this one is magnetic, meaning never getting in a bind or pinching it up causing it to fail/

Great power cord. The magnetic connection is useful in our house with dogs. Saved the laptop a couple of times when the cord was tangled up with the pets.

This product was easy to use right out the box and very minimal. Easy to carry due to a decent heavy yet fairy small size.

Does what it is made to do. It does get a bit hot but my laptop charges quickly.

I bought this charger as a spare. It easily connects to the Surface Pro 4. It does not get in the way while you are working. Easy to travel with and set up for charging the Surface Pro while on the move. I keep on charger at home and one to travel with.

It is a good charger and it works. Unfortunately it is really expensive for a charger but the knockoff brands don't work as well as these ones do. I have tried several of them.

Needed a second charger for my laptop after loaing mine while traveling. The only thing that couls be improved is the magnet that holds the charge in place is not as strong as it could be

I went to my local BestBuy and they were very helpful and accommodating in getting it delivered to me quickly. It probably took 2-3 days and arrived in the afternoon. I'm so glad it did because I am also a student, so I was relieved that I didn't need to wait too long. I didn't get an image beforehand, so I was also relieved and surprised when the adapter had another port should the original wire get damaged or another attachment is needed. Overall, it was a good experience. It is a bit pricey but I have seen many have more luck with these chargers than a cheaper version.
