My original Microsoft Surface Pro 6 charger stopped working, and I needed a replacement asap. No time to wait for an online order. Thankfully, a nearby Best Buy had one available. It works well and charges faster than the original.

Great charger since you can also charge your cell phone or Bluetooth headphones etc at the same time but con price is too high for this

You can find similar chargers on other platforms, but nothing compares to the original. My computer charges faster and stays powered for longer, and it's the best price overall too.

I lost my charger for my Microsoft surface. I was pleased to find a good replacement. I then found the charger and Best Buy was good enough to give me a full refund. I particularly want to thank Uzi who facilitated my refund. It would be nice if employees at all stores were as helpful as she was

This charger is very well made, but expensive. It is part of the right pieces for this surface pro.

This adapter is the right size and shape for the tiny surface pro. The attention to detail an OEM gives vs a fake product is rarely appreciated unless you are the purchaser of a knock-off or have your product damaged by using a fake product.

This is a fast and nimble product. Its small size makes it easy to store and carry in my back when I have to travel. It charges fast. The only drawback is that it unhooks easy and results difficult to insert into the laptop.

Works as designed. Also need a spare just in case.

Needed a replacement power cord and this one works better than the original. Perfect

The original charger for my wife's Surface 4 was defective and then missing so after looking all over for it it was much easier just to purchase a new one. This charger seems more compact and the plug fits perfectly into the Surface 4's charging port. It would be nice to have some sort of indicator light to show that charging is complete without having to open up the Surface. I know it sounds a bit lazy on my end but it still would be nice. So glad my wife has a charger again.

Works great. Customers need to be aware not to wrap cord around box unit, as wires can break. Price was higher than some other retailers.

Works as it should. Only complaint about these type of charging cables is how easily they fall or get pulled out of the port on the Surface. It’s not a defect but rather a design flaw IMO. But charging is efficient and it’s nice that it’s magnetic making it easier to align and plug into the tablet especially in low light.

This is an Very durable charger. The length is also great.

of course new is best, the old one lasted only 13 months...

I was so pleased with the help from the Geek Squad in fixing a computer a local computer store here in Spokane said was in fixable. All it took was a new Microsoft charger. Works great!

it works! it's expensive, but worth it to not have to play games with offbrand chargers.
