A little pricey for a wall charger but works great

Great deal. Exactly what I needed and was actually longer than the original cord that came with my Surface. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to replace their charging cord.

Price way high compared to other chargers abd also cheaper elswhere. With your zotal membership its still way too high. And total memndrship doesnt give u much off on your purchases

Excellent Service and products; power supply works flawless; I needed a power supply for my Windows brand machine. I was leaving on a business trip in the morning and my factory provided power supply was not working, 6 years on the road does that to cables. I was doing a presentation that afternoon. The tech was able to locate the power supply and quickly provided me with the proper manufactures specification model. I appreciated the Best Buy's Tech support technician

I had to replace my original charger which came with the Microsoft surface. Besides the fact that the newer chargers are not backwards compatible, this was an easy replacement and the new charger works just fine. You will have to order the charger and do an in-store pick up/delivery. They don’t carry these chargers on the shelf. But this was very easy.

Needed an extra charger for my windows laptop and this works as good as the one that came with it.

The power supply works great with my Surface Pro laptop.

I bought this power cord for my Surface Pro 4. I bought it as a replacement for safety reasons. My original cord was damaged and I needed to have a way to charge my Surface Pro. I like having the compatible cords and accessories for my devices.

Works for me, just what the doctor ordered. These are good tablets. Would like to have more and have charging options available everywhere I need them. Use this mobile frequently

Don’t waste your time with the 40dollar charger. The cheep one wouldn’t charge the computer unless it was shutdown and it would take forever I know it had less power but it sucked. This one works great !

I forgot my charger at home - stepped over to my local BBY and purchased this as a replacement. Now I have one plugged in at home and one at work, saving me the hassle of unplugging and storing for the commute

This is a genuine Microsoft charger and looks/feels identical to the charger that was bundled with my Surface Pro 3. I saw a number of similar chargers on Amazon for less money but I wasn't convinced those chargers were genuine OEM.

My new puppy chewed up my old cord IN THE MIDDLE OF A VIRTUAL MEETING might I add... Works great. The best part about this purchase was mid-meeting i ordered a new one for curbside pick-up and was able to pick it up asap. I got my laptop on a charger before my meeting was even over. Bless for curbside!

The charger is just like the original product that came with my Surface Pro. It is sturdy, reliable, and even has an additional USB charging outlet for my phone or other device. Microsoft makes superb quality products and this is no exception.

This cable works as advertised. No problems or issues at this time. Not sure why the cables cost so much, but functionally, no issues.

It charges my computer and I’ve had no issue my only qualm is price
