Works exactly as expected. My previous charger for my surface pro stopped working and I needed a new one and this was perfect and even got it on sale.

I like the magnetic ability it's easy and fast. The size and weight is good easy to carry. The thing to be careful of is it's fragile. The magnetic can also draw other things to it. The price is expensive to replace and I had to buy at least 3 since I ad the computer.

This Charger worked perfectly but I found another one for a fraction of the price.

Good quality and nice fishing. Would recommend to anyone.

Wish the wall charger Microsoft sells was more competitively priced. It's expensive, but does a great job keeping my Surface Pro 3 Laptop charged without overheating the cord. Now if I can keep my Dobe puppy from chewing this one I'll be in good shape.

Does what it is made to do. It does get a bit hot but my laptop charges quickly.

This charger is fast and the cord is a nice length. It lasted a really long time, just bought the replacement after 4 years

Rating this 5 stars to let people know that this is indeed the official charger for Microsoft Surface product -- works perfectly with my Surface Laptop 2. But I also wanted to add my voice to others here that I bought this charger to replace the one that came with my laptop after it stopped charging reliably after just over a year of use. There were no signs of damage to the old charger I replaced, and this seems to be a thing that happens often. So, if you're looking to replace your charger for your older Surface Laptop, you've come to the right place. And, yes, your laptop probably stopped charging due to a previous faulty charger due to crap build quality from Microsoft. Yay on Best Buy for stocking the official charger. Boo on Microsoft for making an expensive product with crap build quality.
