Feels much sturdier than the other MS Bluetooth mouse. Click accuracy and movement is excellent. Some folks may like more buttons on the mouse but the relative simplicity and stability of this mouse are real positives for my workflow. I’m hopeful about longevity at this point.

I choose this because it is recommended for the surface line and it works well. It does have a strange feeling "click" and sometimes I have to click twice, but it could be me. The wheel does not roll smooth, it has that segmented effect. Other than those things, it works fine.

It is flatter and more comfortable. I had to replace the old one because a battery blew up in it. This mouse is basic, it does what you need to do every day tasks.

I returned this other mouse and ordered this one - what a difference in grasp size for my larger hand!

Microsoft Surface Mouse

However, the reason for the purchase was as a replacement because my other one fell off the counter and a piece inside broke off and the scroll wheel scraped when using it. Wish there had been a way to repair it since the cost is $50.

It has a nice solid weight to it and the metal scroll wheel is great. It takes 1-2 seconds to wake up after not being used for a bit but nothing that I notice really. I use this on an aluminum mouse pad and the two look stunning together.

It is Bluetooth and works without issue itself; sometimes Windows 10 does lose association with the installed Bluetooth driver causing all Bluetooth devices to loose connection but this is not a flaw of the mouse itself.
