Boots up incredibly fast....love the facial recognition sign on. I've been a bit jealous of my wife's macbooks for years (the machine not the operating system) but am jealous no longer. This looks and feels like a mac but is windows all the way. Preloaded MS office was really awesome...basically just had to sign on to Office365 and all the office programs were immediately activated.

I usually rotate my choice. This year was the pc year. To be honest, I don't think I will be buying a mac. This surface book cover all my needs, my only dissapointment is that doesn't have LTE. Next year was supposed to be my mac year, but I skipping it to get another surface book which I hope by then will come with LTE version.

The computer works so well that my family took over it and I'm currently in the market for another one. I like the 2-in 1 ability to use as a tablet or a computer as needed and the ability to touch the screen and move through the web with touch is much better than anything Apple has on the market.

Now the keyboard doesn't work and I didnt buy the warranty. Boy do I feel stupid. Anyway the good thing is I can detach the screen and still use it for everything I need with wireless bluetooth keyboard. Only downside is the battery doesn't last as long now. But oh well it's my fault anyway. Still a great product.
