Microsoft has done it again with a more powerful surface book 2.. The new unit is a must for on the go professionals requiring lots of power!!!

My daughter loves that she can take notes during class by writing on the screen, and can even video record the class at the same time.

I liked the Surface at work for emails but this laptop is a gem. Touchscreen is awesome and super friendly to use for a PC person.

I bought this laptop last Fall for college with hopes that it could be a multi-purpose machine. I wanted to be able to do my college work and run my adobe software and music software. Well.... if you buy the model that I did, which doesn't have the performance base, you're pretty much screwed. It won't run Photoshop smoothly, and acts like it's dying when I try to do a light amount of video editing in Premiere. It can't handle my music software at all. I had issues for a while with flickering and random crashes which subsided after a while. BEWARE : The screens on these love to crack due to the design, and I had a classmate who bought one too and Microsoft basically told them it was his fault. My laptop has a chip on the plastic bezel at the top of the screen, and my laptop has never been dropped or abused. Look this issue up before buying. With the screen detached performance gets worse. Don't expect to run Illustrator and use it as a drawing tablet. It can't keep up with simple pen strokes. In all honesty, if you really want this laptop, look at buying them used. This laptop depreciated half of its value the first month of owning it. Seriously. I don't think I will be buying a Microsoft branded computer again. I had better luck with the similar spec'd/priced Macbook. My mistake. I advise you to stay away from this.

I was looking for something to get my college freshman thru all 4 years and this is it. Does everything she needs and then some.

Great device.. better processor when compared to previous generations but software especially the edge browser still clunky

I had always used apple computers, but this laptop is legit. I love that it is a 2 in 1, screen is huge and has awesome quality!

I'm still getting use to all the things it can do. But I have been with out a laptop for 4 years. It is everything I need it for.

I have been a Surface fan for years. This version feels so much steadier than my surface pros. The keyboard is very comfortable.

I love my surface laptop, I haven't had any problems!! This will be my permanent replacement for all apple laptops.
