Not necessarily the easiest to navigate when setting up if you're not use to windows 10. Plus some of the steps don't seem to jive. Would be nice for some more help topics when setting computer up.

All in all it is a great product, my only complaint is the weight of the screen compared to the keyboard. The item is top heavy and feels awkward compared to other laptops.

Great interface- works well in tablet and as notebook. Transitioning from MacBook Pro, and microsoft nailed it.

This laptop was recommended for a college student from your bestbuy employees and my girlfriend loves it.

This machine has a great display and works well when it decides to but is overall riddled with annoying issues that, if I could, I would go back in time and stop myself from buying it. 1. Sleep of Death - The surface book is prone to the sleep of death. When you close the laptop the computer will enter the sleep of death (can only be turned on by holding the power button for 20 + seconds). 2. Flickering display - The display at the very top of the page will flicker for some reason. 3. Poor display scaling - Certain apps will have very small displays. Too small for you to actually use. 4. Won't Turn On- This machine comes with a whole host of issues that will prevent it from turning on. While you can find fixes for it online, a laptop this expensive should have these problems. 5. Dual Booting- This machine doesn't do well with dual booting other OS on it. I have tried many different ways as well different Unix OS's but the same issue occurs. Upon every power up the keyboard wont work. The only way to get it to work is to turn it off, enter UEFI. Turn it off again, enter UEFI again, then the keyboard will work, This problem affects the touch screen as well (its unresponsive). 6. Screen Dimming - The SB 2 will adjust the screen brightness automatically. If you don't like it (I don't) you have the "option" to turn it off. They give you only the illusion of choice. Turning it off doesn't affect anything. I would caution the prospective buyer from getting this machine. Wait until a newer version of the SB comes out, maybe the 3 or 4.
