The laptop has proven to be a truly portable laptop. I like the battery time. The wrist placement for the keyboard is great for my hands. The magnetic plug for the charger requires me to pay attention. I really like the laptop.

This was purchased for my wife and she has enjoyed everything about this computer. Size and weight are perfect, screen is large and bright, and the operational speed of the computer far exceeds both her expectations and needs.

Most 2-in-1 devices feel like a Swiss Army Knife. They can do a lot of things, but are never great in anything. This device is different. It can be used as a real tablet, as well as a real laptop and it never feels like a compromise.

I absolutely LOVE this version of the Microsoft surface. The tablet portion works well and the keyboard is sturdy and very handy! Battery life is amazing! Touch screen is easy to use and I couldn’t imagine not having that feature.

This laptop runs beyond fast and smooth. We got this for our college-bound daughter, and I took it to Europe. I used it for my graduate work while in Europe and completed my work with ease. I’ll be getting myself one of these soon.

I am still learning to work with Windows 10 and the new computer. Other than that, I like using it. The picture is very crisp and clear. Light weight and compact for a laptop. Haven’t used it without the keyboard as yet.

This laptop is great. It's fast, has plenty of storage, and has many functions. It can also act as a tablet if you wish. Also, it doesn't come with a lot of useless software, and I find that a big plus. HIghly recommended.

Bought for my daughter. She was all about the Other brand but switched to this for college and loves it. No issues with it so far. Easy to set up and use. Don't hesitate to buy this.

Works well. Very portable and great battery life. The 13 inch takes some getting used to buff trading the size for portability is probably worth it. Hooking to external monitors is a little less seamless than expected.

I love my new Surface Book 2 - has been fun learning to use and then put it all into action. Always discovering new capabilities. Flexible and lightweight - a please for traveling. Works for business and personal.

I have had a surface for many years. I travel quite often and the lightweight surface has been a plus. The book not only has the light wight to it overs a bigger screen which for me was a con to my past one.

Used this laptop for college and it’s great! Loved being able to detach the screen and use it as a tablet. Especially fun when using the drawing apps on it AND watching movies

I've used a Surface Book before and was familiar. Setup was easier that an iphone or cable company router. I like that the touchscreen works while attached to the keyboard too. Appears to much faster then the AMD based 17" "desktop replacement" I purchase 2 years ago. Display and camera are amazing. The only this I'm not so happy about is the lack of a network jack and display port. It uses USB C or 3.0 so I had to but a hub.It also has a card slot and a couple of full size USB 3.0 ports. So far no issues using it to perform same tasks that I performed with my older computer. Last but not least, very light and thin and the battery lasts much much longer that my previous I'm talking 3-4 hours of normal computing time.

Surface 2 is an excellent purchase, gives everything you need and more. The tablet option is the kicker and gives an whole other dimension to hybrid laptop. Overall satisfied with this purchase.

The surface book 2 is a great and powerful laptop! I used to have the MacBook Pro 2012 and it has been recently running pretty slow and made the switch to the surface to better handle business related programs

I was looking for a good relaible computer. I am so glad I purchased this one. Very well built. Easy setup. I would highly recommend looking at this computer if you looking for a new one.

Love the concept! The execution falls a bit short. Performance when it is unplugged is abysmal. Windows updates come slower than third-party vendors. Surface pen seems gimmicky, at least when used for documents. Experienced charging issues until the power supply died within a year. The size is perfect for mobile use. The ability to undock the tablet portion is great for reading, note taking and drawing. Battery life is decent. The keyboard is fairly rigid and is pretty good compared to other laptops. Overall, system was a bit of a disappointment. It works, but not to the level that was portrayed by advertising. Will likely not purchase another Surface product, unless something drastic changes.

This laptop is amazing for school/business work, and for play. Microsoft does a fantastic job with everything that they do. I am thoroughly impressed. I recommend this 2in1 to anyone looking for a laptop.

this unit was bought for someone who wanted power and ease of use in one machine. This does it well and the battery lasts very long under current usage. It will not be the last one our company buys

Computer was everything I was told it would be. I bought it never intending to use the tablet. The sale price drew me to it. I find myself using the tablet more and more. Great computer.
