I bought my very expensive sb2 back in May. As a graphic design student, I was told to pick between an iPad and Mac book or this. I thought I would save money by getting this, I mean... The reviews were all good. What I wish I had done was read the complaints page. So far my sb2 freezes on me at random, the display settings are irritating, and the detachable tablet kept me from being able to do school work for 3 days when I detached it and flipped the screen and then it wouldn't recognize the keyboard to unattach. Absolute worst investment EVER!!!

I really love this little powerhouse laptop. Except - I can't turn it on appox 3/4 time. The power button is defective and I've done all the corrections stuff microsoft "shares" Spent hours on the phone with MS - they dialed into my machine for couple hours and nothing!! Buyer beware ... all those 5 star ratings are likely the hired writers who pay for someones verification and then write a truly unbelievable review. Company has a powerful platform... if only the basics worked properly. Really ... can't turn it on... HP's are clunkier...but hugely reliable.
