Easy to use, detachable screen makes everything so easy ! Battery life is amazing!

After many years of dealing with problematic dell computers and their support staff, it was a blessing for my daughter to finally own a computer that didn't became problematic. The surface touch screen is nice asset to use in lieu of the keyboard or mouse. My daughter uses it a lot and has many windows open at the same time, but it still handles the overload.

This is a amazing product. Love the looks and the touch. One thing I do not like is it took me some time to figure out whether the laptop itself is using Intel UHD or GTX 1060 and it would be nice if I can have a setting to always use GTX1060 instead of the intel UHD but battery could be issue and I guess that is why it is designed this way. This is very pricey for 2 in 1 laptop.

This laptop's performance and graphics is off the charts.

Good product, but extremely overpriced. It does seem to work better than the original Surface Book.

After working out some windows defender issues not allowing my programs to load or run correctly this pc is awesome. with my docking station, and wireless monitor, keyboard and mouse, this pc has taken over. I no longer use my desktop pc. I also added an external dvd and harddrive.....Love it!

I'm still getting it set up to my preferences. Missing the number pad, but most computers do not have the dedicated number pad and I bought a blue tooth one. Debated between an HP and this one, then finally chose this one because the keyboard comes completely off. Chose the 15" because I like to keep all apps open when switching back and forth between 5-7 apps at the time and I am used to a 17". I thought the operating systems would run the same, but the higher rez screen is not as compatible with my accounting program, and the program runs very slowly. Love the display and looking forward to having a good travel laptop. The keyboard feels good but I hit the wrong keys at times until I adjust to the difference in size. Expect to spend more $$$ because of needed peripherals. Hard to get flash drives inserted because of the thin keyboard base but I use small rubber knobs under the back to tilt it. There are a lot of features I have not tried yet. I expect once I get used to the computer and get it set up per my preferences, I will be glad I bought it rather than a less expensive brand/model.

This Microsoft Surface Book 2 has everything I was looking for. My decision was between the Surface Book 2 and the Apple Mac Book Pro. I love the Surface Book 2 because I can remove the screen and use it as a table. You can't do that with the Mac Book Pro.

I absolutely love this computer, I have had it for about 7months now and it’s amazing. I highly recommend the computer and taking the time to understand how to use neat features it has. I am still learning how to use it to its fullest capability and it’s been great.

Was this expensive - Yes. I have had it for 6 months and it is work the cost. The pen works great in photoshop. There is a few quirks but I have enjoyed using it for touch up. It is well built and is holding up with use by a mobile photographer.

From the keyboard (lit, size) to quality this is a great laptop. Screen and SSD hard drive are perfect companions to a very mobile device - a worthy successor to my old HP Folio. My only weak complaint is a lack of more RAM from the 16GB which is a complaint of all laptops...

I have been waiting (somewhat patiently) for a laptop that could effectively replace having a desktop AND a laptop AND a tablet. This fits that need. The display is gorgeous and responsive. It handles graphics and videos quite well (e.g., Photoshop, Lightroom, On1 PhotoRaw, Luminar 2018, Topaz Studio, Aurora HDR, and ProShow Producer, etc.). I can use it home and on the road and not have multiple machines (multiple filing systems...which, for me, is ALWAYS such a pain). I did spring for the Microsoft Surface Pen...and it's OK, but am hoping it will have greater usefulness with the MS Surface Book 2 later.

Easy for a basic user like me to figure out. There were some things to get used to as with any new device, but not overwhelming. I would however still like a paper manual for the basics......

This is probably the ultimate laptop that will satisfy all of your needs. Web browsing, coding, gaming, streaming, you name it. Very smooth and worth the money.

This is probably one of the best laptops I have ever used. Great design, it's fast, you can hook the dock up to it and have everything you need. Highly recommended.

Though probably the most expensive laptop/tablet I've ever purchased, it was worth every penny. Love how fast it starts up and shuts down. Love the size of the screen.

I was having difficulty running bigger programs like excel & photo shop with my older laptop crashing and found myself spending more time waiting for the programs to catch up with me. Now, now waiting.
