    My name is Nick and I bought my surface book in August of 2016 expecting something incredible, what I got in return was not quite there. I have been experience freezes, moments where the keyboard turns on but the tablet won't, blue screens, graphics driver issues, graphics card hardware issues, problems with the pen which I've already swapped out once, and above all a hard disk error where the SSD is at 100℅ load at all times making programs nearly impossible to use. To say the very least I am very disappointed with the surface book but I honestly believe that the one I received was just a lemon. I'll be swapping mine out shortly with my geek squad protection and will update this post as soon as I do.

    Pros: Latest technology. Lightweight. Detachable display. Cons: Paid over 2k, had to buy adaptors, told it had cooling system but gets hot. Took in 2xs in 30 days 4 display lock issue. Didn't come pre-loaded w/ SW. Office 365 version of One Note didn't' support conversion of handwritten notes to text as demonstrated by sales person. Hoping to enjoy going forward. Optimistic!
