    I returned three (3) MS Surface laptops within two weeks for defective hardware (solid-state drives). The fourth laptop lasted 5 months and experienced a solid-state drive failure. Poor quality, poor quality-control and I consider a waste of time and money. However, Best-Buy was awesome! Each time they accepted the return; and, on the fourth time, after 5 months, they refunded my entire purchase. I purchased my first MacBook Pro. Five (5) stars for Best-Buy; zero (0) stars for the MS Surface.
