Surface book is a good product but twice in the first few days of use a blue screen came up indicating a memory dump was happening. Nothing else worked until that process finished and a restart was done. A memory dump on a brand new device? Was it a lemon? Maybe. Did I want to try another one to be sure? No. It went back to Microsoft and I went back to Apple.

Very Impressed with the Microsoft Surface Book's capabilities. The store sales rep provided me with all the unit's functions and specifications, which contributed towards my decision to buy it as a gift for my son.

Computer is fast and gets the job done, a little over priced. Very good for those that like to draw and be creative

Great device. Best buy just needs more of the fun goodies that go along with the base unit.

I would wait for the second generation model to be released to get all the bugs worked out.

Antione was the guy I spoke to in the store and he helped me work through some different options until I found the the right one. I already had a surface pro but I find this a perfect choice to bridge a tablet and laptop and I've since put away my Dell laptop.

I love the size of this laptop. The graphics are great. This would be an excellent laptop for a college student. Perfect for traveling. It's lightweight and ultra thin. I picked this up on sale for a great price. Very pleased with it and would recommend.

I absolutely LOVE this 2-in-1!! At first I had an issue with the battery but then I relaized it was a software issue and I had to go to miscrosoft's website to reinstall drivers. After doing so my battery life went from 3 hous of video streaming to over 7 hours! Beitiful laptop with a great processor and battery! Couldn't ask for anything better (except maybe a lower price). But in my opinion it was worth the money!

At first I seem to have had typical Microsoft rush issues like reboots and lockups but as the PC updated it has gotten much better. I miss some things that were done better in 7 but that is software related I like this PC a lot.

Sleek and cool with awesome HD resolution and great processing speed

I've had a few hiccups but it's been an excellent choice for my work as a mobile consultant. It's the fastest laptop processor on the market with excellent battery life.

Great resolution and there are many apps preloaded. Keyboard is easy to use and the Microsoft blue tooth mouse is a must. A little slower on wifi internet applications than expected but the overall performance is great.

The speed and picture quality are so much better than the last Surface Pro 3 models. Now there are less conflicts with websites and quicker downloads. This model is much better than the Surface Pro 4 since it is also a tablet, but has a sturdier keyboard/base and it's backlit! I will be replacing my highend HP with this same machine as soon as I start having problems with it.

Bought this computer as a present for my boyfriend and we both use it, love the fact that you can have a laptop and a tablet all in one works great!!

This surfacebook is very fast and powerful but overpriced on my opinion

Its a great PC but display detaches as a tablet. It has 2 batteries which helps it last longer between charges. The display has great resolution.

I was excited about the Surface Book's potential and can accept some glitches but this product is borderline unusable. First, the hibernate function drains the battery so I had to change the settings to power the machine off when closing the lid or pushing the power button. When you power the machine on, the display does not activate about every 5th attempt. This requires holding down the power button for 30 seconds to reset. I regret not returning this machine.

I've been using an iPad daily and carrying a laptop as well, with the surface book, I only need to carry one device. keyboard is a second battery!

After a long investigation into tablet type devices, I decided to try this for the Best Buy trial period (around 2 weeks). Upon booting up I was immediately impressed with the boot speed and ease of use. Every time I needed a button it was right where I wanted/needed to be. I really haven't found any "cons" to this yet. Everything so far is a "pro" or even more.
