Bought a laptop for school and I really love it! I love that it's also touchscreen and the screen can detach if I want. My only downside would be the battery. Even with low brightness while I'm online shopping the battery seems to not last as long as I thought. Otherwise a really great product!

This is my second surface book. I also bought the Surface book 2 for my first college daughter. Then my other daughter needed a laptop for college and I got this surface book 3. Both are very solid laptops with everything you need. The best part is the long battery life.

I Love my new new Microsoft-Surface Book 3 /2-in-1. It's perfect for what have to do on a daily basis. The 2-in-1 is wonderful. I use it as a laptop and a tablet which works perfectly fine for me. The size of the screen as well as the screens resolution is awesome. PERFECT PERFECT!!! IT'S A GREAT BUY....

Even though I liked the product and purchased at a discount because it was open-box ($1,100) the performance was not all there for what I needed. The camera is great (better than most laptops out there) and the tablet mode is also great (being able to disconnect from the main keyboard and using similar to an ipad but with Windows)! The only problem is I needed more performance, workstation-type replacement, more than those nice-to-have luxuries provided by the surface. I found much better option laptops that had touchscreen, 4K, 16GB RAM or more, and 512GB space or more, at same price or lower, and thinking that this is a long-term investment I opted to return the product.

I purchased this model because it will be discontinued and I wanted to upgrade from my Surface pro 4. This is a great machine with no issues and a free upgrade to Windows 11. This is fast and responsive for my programming needs.

The Surface Book is literally the best of both worlds. Perfect for office work but with the convenience to take it on the go. I love the double battery it has between the keyboard and the tablet. It lasts much longer than my old laptop. No complaints with it so far.

I really love my surface book. I have only had it about 2 months but I truly love its versatility and precision. I got the Microsoft pen with it and I love it’s responsiveness. We use it for personal use and business. So far, I would recommend this product.

Purchased this laptop for our son to take to school. He wanted something that included a touchscreen. Set up was easy. So far the computer appears to have the power and programs he needs.

Versatile. Lightweight. Reliable. Love the touch screen and ability to separate the screen from the keyboard. Works great with the microsoft pen for digital drawing/sketching. Love everything about this laptop.

Loving this laptop. It’s a combo laptop or tablet. It’s not an iPad.. but it does everything that I would use an iPad for when in tablet mode and is still a fully functional laptop when it needs to be. I love it.

Love these!!! Everyone on our team has these and I hear nothing but amazing reviews from them. I too use it and it is wonderful. NO complaints here and I plan to purchase another one today.

unfortunately i didnt keep this laptop because the screen was too small for my eyes to use for all of my work, but it was really easy to use and if i could afford to have 2 laptops, this one would be great for other things

I got the surface book 2 and ended up getting a 3 because of the damage I did to my 2. Love the 3, doesn’t feel much different from the 2. It was a toss up from the macs but I’m glad I stuck with Microsoft.

The surface was an excellent Christmas gift. The recipient enjoys the touch screen monitor that can be disconnected from the base like a I-pad and has also replaced her old desktop unit with the surface.

So far, this laptop is really great! It's everything I need and more. I can use it for school, work, and my crafts! I love it!

Decent deal. Keyboard is just a little to low profile for good words per minute. Sleek and beautiful. A little heavy. Tablet seems very solid. Great screen. Pen is clunky.

My daughter uses this for school and sketches with it and love to put together videos very durable we purchased a pen and the only thing I wished it would have come with one but not so lucky.

This is one of my favorite computers I've had in my life. I recently switched over from Apple Macbooks and this helps me so more in my daily life than it apple ever did. Love it, recommend it.

I’ve had MacBooks for years and I have got to admit, I wish I had of gotten this sooner. I love that you can detract the screen and use it as a tablet!
