This is my third purchase of this brand. They are easy to use and convenient. I would definitely recommend for business use or if you’re not a MacBook fan.

very versatile and convenient too use. works as a tablet and laptop. I like it better than my Mac book and will not go back to apple after using this computer.

I have been using this laptop for school purposes and teaching my sister while the pandemic has been going on, and it works perfectly for both tasks.

Programs run smoothly, sketching is a little tricky. The charger gets extremely hot when plugged in. Unit is little on the heavy side.

My daughter is in medical school and lover this laptop. The feature which allows her to take notes on the screen during a lecture is what she likes best.

This computer has worked above and beyond for the purpose I needed it. I’ve used it throughout my nursing school.

Surface pro provides excellent user experience. The tablet to laptop conversion makes it versatile because it enable work in different models and settings

It's very easy to use and download anything and everything you want in it. I never like tablets but this one does its job I'm very satisfied.

I am beyond thrilled with this new device. I had a Surface Pro 3 which was just fine, but I longed for something more. This filled the order with ease! I looked into the Surface laptop and was impressed, but this is like having the best of both worlds. The two battery thing is pretty sweet. Really like it for drawing. Love that the screen pops off easily and stays put when you want it connected to it's mate/keyboard. Very nice machine- yes it's pricey, but well worth it.

So far I'm really enjoying it. First time using a non apple product in a long time so that's taking some getting used to. I can't seem to get the apple cloud to sync with the computer even though it says that it has none of my photos show up. I like the versatility of this laptop. Haven't used it for much other than browsing the internet and for an online course I'm taking. I like the size of the 13.5". Happy with my purchase so far. It was very expensive IMO so I do hope to learn more about its functionality to really be able to appreciate the price.

Absolutely the best laptop I’ve ever owned. Love that I can go from laptop to tablet at the push of a button without swapping to a different device.

I upgraded from a Surface Pro 3 to the Surface Book 3, and well, so far I haven’t felt much difference. Also, the UAG Case and the screen protectors available for this model are underwhelming to say the least, with more drawbacks than even the ones made for the decade old Surface Pro 3. I have had a decent experience but I’m not at the point where I’d recommend you to make the same upgrade.

Leaving my 5+ year old laptop behind I am transitioning to the Surface Book 3. So far, I am pleasantly surprised. It runs Windows 10 and all my apps well and with the USB-C to HDMI adapter I can run on multiple displays without a hitch. This is truly a wonderful change from my laptop.

So far this computer has been amazing! I haven't owned a computer in close to 6 years, and this one is easy to use, the hardware feels very very nice

I purchased this laptop for my son who started high school this year. Perfect for what he needs to do, Graphics, camera, processor are excellent.

This is my 2nd purchase of surface. I bought to replace the one I had that was over 5 years old. I find it comfortable and easy to use.

purchased to upgrade my daughter's Surface Pro that she started college with. she absolutely loves the size of the screen and the speed of it.
