I love how crisp and clear the screen is. The advanced i7 intel chip makes the OS very responsive and ready to tackle any tasks I throw at it. Definitely highly recommended.

I want to love this laptop but I've had one too many issues. The screen goes black randomly during use and will not turn back on without touching it. I've had random screen flickering as well. This was supposed to be a replacement for my surface pro 4 that also had screen flickering, just paid alot of money to deal with the same problem it seems.

Great laptop/tablet. The experience is very smooth, and it could probably handle heavy games or tasks without issues, though i don't use it for that!

My daughter in college needed this and really likes it. It’s versatile and now going to add the pens and try it out. She says it’s much faster than her old computer.

I haven't had to use this service yet, but the coverage seems well worth the cost. I invested a lot of money into buying a new computer. The last computer I bought (from s different store) was only a couple hundred dollars, but I hated it and it broke shortly after purchasing it. I felt a lot more confident making my computer purchase this time knowing accident coverage for 3 years would cost less than half the cost of the computer itself. I definitely value the sense of security.

Im in college and running 2 monitors off of it in tablet mode and it shows no slowing and works perfectly as expected and can handle my demanding course software

Love my Microsoft Surface. Keyboard feels like a standard size. Yet I can click off the screen and it becomes a tablet.

The switching between tablet and laptop is really convenient for multiple uses. Still powerful enough to run heavier programs.

The computer is overall good. I have had some crashing issues when using photoshop which is the reason the machine was purchased. A little slower on the upload then I would like. I still feel this was the right machine compared to the competition, touch screen works well with every app I have tried it with.

Great computer. Easy to use. It did cost a little more than I would of liked. But overall very satisfied.

I was looking for a powerful laptop with the ability to be a tablet. This computer does both, but not as well as each could be individually. The machine tends to overheat in situations it definitely should not and isn't as fluid of a tablet as I'd hoped. It gets the job done, but is definitely not be best of both worlds.

My son got this computer for college this year. He extensively reviewed options before buying. Checks all the boxes of a high end multipurpose tool. He got a stylus as well so he can theoretically take notes in classes (if such a thing actually happens this year). I will add more to this review based on his feedback.

Quick, easy to navigate, runs smoothly. Power supply has an extra usb power port which is a great addition
