Very good choice for those who have a microsoft laptop.

If you use a Microsoft Surface, you know it has very limited input/output options. With this product, this gives you many more options for connection. Very easy to set up.

Perfect adder to my computer. Does what I needed it to. Port replicator is easy to install.

Took it out of the box. Connected cables it in a couple of places. Plugged it in and there it was! Worked just as intended!! Small and compact.

Compatible docking station for surface laptops. If you are going from the original docking station to the dock to keep in mind that the monitor hook ups are seaport and not USB.

This is exactly what i needed. I purchased a monitor and hooked up my surface pro to it. This rocks!

I love my new Microsoft Surface Dock 2 because it connects all my devices and works so well. I have plugged into it two monitors, a web cam, a wired headset, and the USB Bluetooth dongle for my wireless keyboard and mouse. The Surface Dock 2 also powers my Surface Book 3. I am able to use all 3 monitors (2 regular monitors and the laptop monitor). The only connection from the Surface Dock 2 to my laptop is the power cable providing power to the laptop and communications with the other devices connected to the Dock. Great job Microsoft!

We needed to add more ports to a Surface notebook and this did the trick. It's nice that it charges the laptop as well so that the regular charger cable can be ready for travel.

Great quality, works perfect. Has extra USB-C ports for accessories. I use mine to charge my Brydge keyboard.

Works great! A big improvement over the first docking station model.

Good product, note it has connections on the front and backside. Be sure its plugged in correctly or the monitors won't work.

Microsoft Surface dock works great. I've got over 75 installed in my company. Gives compatibility for everyone in the office.

Great product, works as expected on multiple surfaces

Good docking station but only complaint is that when i wake up my surface pro it doesnt connect right away to the external monitor. I have to keep switching it from pc only to extend or just keep unplugging from the monitor until the dock reads the source. Good for usb and ethernet connection. Has even more issues with my wife's surface laptop go. Every 5 min it loses signal. Ended up just using an adapter straight from the computer to monitor but use it for ethernet.

I have had good luck with any Microsoft dock I have had. They all work well and make using the surface with additional equipment nice and easy.

This case has somw nifty feayurws, sepia for those biikding their own syatems. Cable management, easy access side panel, builtin fan on the bottom. Definitely would buy again.

This dock is the perfect way to connect my surface to my monitor, keyboard, mouse, scanner and printer at the same time while getting power to the laptop.

great product for surface laptops to increase utility, love the amount of ports and charging capability; occasionally ports on dock will not connect with computer and it must be reset

I am giving 4 out of 5 stars because these are very finicky in regards to which USB-C monitor cables work with these. I have used other USB-C docks and do not have the issues as I do with these Microsoft Docks. Save yourself time and just buy the Microsoft USB-C HDMI/DP adapters. Pricey, but work.
